I wasn’t sure if I was gonna waste my money or not but deft has helped. Being very honest since this shut down of the gyms I haven’t been on my A game with consistently working out. My work outs at home are not as hard as they where at the gym seeing I’m limited to equipment. No excuses I know I know lol. I’m getting better though! Either way this has deft helped me keep some of my muscle on my arms. I can deft tell during this shut down of the gyms this has helped me maintain some of my muscles. I will be buying this again. The efficacy of Hydroxymethylbutyrate (HMB) seems to be legitimate and has been quite satisfactory with the claims it makes. I have found that my recovery has been much shorter, and I feel like I have been making some gains that I hadn’t been making previous to taking this product. So the product DEFINITELY works, I’ve been using it for 4 months now and I can completely see and feel the results of the HMB. My problem is that I ordered the green bottle (twice) and received the red (innoshred). I do not want or need the red bottle. I cannot return or replace the innoshred and I won’t order another bottle of HMB from this vendor until I can get some kind of a refund/replacement etc. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS!! I love the HMB from innosupps but I’ve had to go with a different vendor until I can get this resolved.

I’ve always been interested in HMB especially for injuries. The science says it can help maintain muscle mass when when you are injured are are not able to workout as much. I tried another brand first and the the pills were HUGE. I like that these pills are smaller and easier to swallow. I’m not a huge fan of innosupps because of their other products like nightshred, you can’t shred at night lol. Anyways this one, HMB, is good imo.
