There are a lot of benefits to taking these, my only real complaints are (1) the pills are big and they are not dense, so if you’ve got a complex about swallowing pills, this will be a chore for you every time, and (2) you have to take so many. The instructions are for two pills with each meal. If these aren’t deal breakers for you, they’re great.

I have taken this Garcinia complex for almost (2) months now and haven’t noticed any adverse issues while my weight and appetite is still balanced like previously when using another Garcinia product from a different manufacturer. That said, the product labeling of this is very confusing and conflicts with website description and instructions for use. The front label reads 500mg but doesn’t indicate 500mg of what component(s) and appears you need to take (2) capsules twice daily but website states to take (1) capsule initially then up to (2) capsules per day. So what is the correct amount? Granted these are not FDA approved or reviewed but would hope the manufacturers verify product labeling against website when marketing. Although these do appear to be effective and I had no adverse effects while taking them, I don’t think I will continue using this product primarily due to the inconsistent and poor product labeling.
Regarding the capsule sizes, they are relatively large but wasn’t a problem with some water but keep in mind you need to take 2 to 4 capsules daily.

Seemed high quality, arrived in one piece, smelled a little weird but I think it’s common for the plants used. It did not give me the effects I had hoped for but it could have just been me and not the product at all. I recommend if this is the type of product you are looking for.

I have been taking 2 capsules daily with breakfast. It has kept me from snacking during the day. I only have a light lunch and a salad for dinner. No problems swallowing or aftertaste.

This is one of the few if not only appetite suppressants I’ve tried that doesn’t give me a headache. This makes you feel full as if you can’t eat anymore and not the insatiable hunger you get when you don’t eat. I’m impressed with it so far it’s been a little over a week and I have stopped snacking between meals minus fruit and water.

The Garcinia Cambogia content is rather low and the recommended serving is 4 per day. It’s not really a great value. I was hoping for some appetite suppressant support but I can’t say if its the capsules, suggestion or willpower at work keeping me from the night time munchies. I can’t say that I feel a noticeable appetite reduction. I might try a higher level GC.

These capsules have a neutral taste which makes it easy to digest. The power is a big tangy and acidic. They do work as suppressor but not super noticeable. It’s good to take a moderate amount since they may caused side effects to body in the long term.
