This product was recommended by my acupuncturist years ago. I do take it in an empty stomach because that is what I read is recommended when taking ACHH. I have never had a flu shot and hope that I can avoid as long as possible. This product seems to keep me afloat with my insanely busy 50 plus hour work week at almost the middle age of 50 and being overweight and not having time to work out and running all the time not eating as healthy as I should. It’s hard to rate supplements because if they are doing their job, you never know all they are preventing. But there is so much research done on ImmPower, I know they are doing their job.

I’m currently undergoing treatment for stage IV KIDNEY CANCER. I do an organic plant based keto diet with supplements also. I was taking AHCC and switched brands to save money and noticed my WBC count drop noticeably from 4.2 to 2.9. When I switched back to this brand, my WBC returned to the low 4s. Was it antedotal….maybe none the less not worth the risk for a few dollars
