I found this product to be both icy and also hot. I grew up in Alaska and my family would play this fun game where we would jump out of the hot tub on our back deck into the snow below it and then run back to the hot tub. I’m pretty sure I missed a lot of commas and apostrophes and so I apologize for that. The thing I said about the hot tub in Alaska was absolutely a good thing and nothing inappropriate happened as far as I can recall and I think there is a very very small chance anything … I’m sorry where was? I really enjoyed using this product to help my my back pains after I was squeezing out towels in my basement apartment during a rain … I’m sorry where was I? Oh right. So the icy hot thing was good and I love my wife. God Bless and poomcha. Also my family has always been very loving and supportive and that poomcha thing is just an inside joke I have with my wife. Although now that I think of it I suppose my sister is also in on the joke because I heard it from her first way back when she was a brownie scout in Alaska. I tried doing the Boy Scout thing but it just … I’m sorry where was I? I recommend this product!

These are just amazing. I’ve used the generic lidocaine patches, the Salon Pas patches and these are far above those. They work great to relax the area and minimize pain.

These do actually help with my minor aches and pains that come with growing older. I’ve used these for the longest now and I am happy with the relief that it brings me. For me, they take enough of the edge off my pain that I can manage better in my everyday activities. I put one of these patches on and it lasts me 7-8 hours, give or take.

It’s works when it stays in place but It always seems to come away from your skin and sticks to your shirt. I wear it on my lower back. Wish it would stayed in place that’s the only issue I have.
