I recently purchased the Icewrap, and I must say, it’s made of excellent quality materials. It’s sturdy, leak-proof, and the size is just right. The design is sleek, and it’s easy to store in the freezer thanks to its slim and foldable profile.
However, when it comes to keeping things cold, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. It does a decent job, but I was hoping for a bit more ‘stay-chilled’ power. This is mostly because I have a few areas needing to be treated from neck, to back to hips. After a while, it seems to lose its icy edge sooner than I’d like.
Don’t get me wrong; it’s not a deal-breaker, and it still serves its purpose. But if you’re looking for an ice pack that can treat multiple areas in one session, you might need to order two, maybe an extra-large and a large to apply to multiple areas during a treatment.
In summary, the Icewrap is top-notch in terms of quality and construction, and maybe buying two is the key to success for folks with more than one area of the body to treat.

This is the best ice pack that I have ever used. It covers my knee completely and stays cold for a very long time. It is not to heavy even with the pouch that comes with it. It does not leak so far. It is easy to use, just take it out of package, put in freezer for a few hours and place on your knee. It is large enough to put on your back. It is well worth the price I paid. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a great ice pack.

Really enjoy this product. Laid on it after having lower back surgery. Very comfortable and smooth to lay on, coldness lasted much longer than expected, and the cover is nice and soft. Size is appropriate for my circumstance — covered entire mid to lower back. Would love to have 2 so I can rotate out as needed. I don’t have much ice pack experience, but for this situation, it’s been great for me so far — highly recommend.

This ice pack is AMAZING! It’s large enough to go across my lower back, and supple enough to use over the front and back of my shoulder area. It has a little weight to it, which keeps it in place and helps it to stay against my skin. It’s the perfect amount of cold relief without worrying about frostbite. I may buy a dozen and use them as a mattress cover. 😉

Loved that it had a fabric cover. Stays cold for at least 30 minutes and stops back spasms so you can go to sleep! Comfortable and forget you are sleeping on it. Folds into tri-fold smaller shape to store in freezer until you need it again. Excellent product!

I’m sorry to say I’m an ice pack junky and have way more experience with using ice packs then I’d like to admit. I’ve used all types and shapes, but this is my first clay pack…and I love it!
The first thing I noted is how much heavier it is than similar-sized gel packs. It is very heavy. So keep that in mind with certain places you’re applying it. For instance, I placed it on my head to help my headache and the weight of it was too much, so I switched to my gel pack for that. However, the weight can be a benefit, offering much needed compression during ice therapy. For instance, on a swollen ankle the recovery time seems to be much faster because of the weight of the thing in combination with the cold.
The second thing I noticed is that it doesn’t feel immediately freezing like a gel pack does; it sits on the skin, thoroughly and deeply cooling the area much more efficiently than a gel pack. It feels amazing, almost soothing as opposed to the harsh, driving cold of a gel pack. But don’t be deceived, it is VERY cold and does the job better than well!
The third thing I noticed was how long the cooling lasts! I’m able to move this pack around to various parts of the body for 10-20 minute increments for nearly two hours and reap the benefits of the cold. It’s amazing! This alone makes it worth the buy.
Fourthly, the size of this pack is extremely versatile. It’s large enough to cover the back top to bottom. I turn it horizontally to go from one side of my torso to the other. It can wrap around an arm, a hip, a calf, and maybe even a thight if you’re a smaller build. It has great coverage on the shoulders as well. HOWEVER, it is not as flexible as a gel pack, so trying to get I to nooks and crannies or around the neck is difficult. There are other sizes and shapes of this type of pack for those purposes.
Finally, the quality of this pack is very good. I examined it when I received it and it is very well made. I don’t think there’s a risk of it breaking or leaking at all. The materials are high quality and durable.
In short, I highly recommend this product.
