Y’all… It is a creeper defcon-two laxative. Do NOT leave your home for 24 hours after ingesting this!!! Do NOT trust a fart! It tastes like liquid oatmeal. You’ll feel fuller with your meal and think you’ve hit the portion-control zenith. Then, a couple hours later, you feel the “bubbles”. You’ll get struck and all hell breaks loose. Your bowels will evacuate in the same manner as a bullrun in Italy. And it comes in waves. You’ll be hanging ten in the loo.

Seller was great. Product did what it was supposed to do but I was a bit taken back by the amount of time it took to kick in. That may just be related to my irregularity though. I took it at 10 a.m. It didn’t kick in until 5:30 a.m. the next day! One can only imagine my morning went from 5:30am until about 9:30am. Sharp pains, toilet repeat. I took it on a Friday so ingredients: wasn’t too intense because I was at home on Saturday. I will give you The taste a great review. but do not put it in a blender it gets caught in the Blades. Just put it in a shaker bottle and shake it up really well. I had mine With OJ. I will try again but only on the weekend

Lo compré con mis dudas, pero este producto me ha sorprendido increíblemente. He usado diferentes marcas de este tipo de fibra, pero está cumple exactamente con lo que promete. I was skeptical at first to give this a try but I needed to detox my digestive system and confronted with a choice of a SUPER expensive and less amount system at a local gnc i ran upon this while shopping online and decided to give it a try for the money I said to my self well if it works great and if it doesnt oh well no big loss, but I was wrong
I had a HUGE LOSS after the 1st day i could not stay away from a restroom this fiber works so well that I will warn those of you who try this and never had any fiber supplement before do not take it during work days cause you will regret it and for the 1st week you will need a bathroom right after any mail
This fiber works great with no bloating effects and doesnt really taste like anything which is something I highly needed I am very picky with some flabors

I bought this because i have always suffered from constipation. I use fresh pineapple and papaya as much as i can in smoothies along with flaxseed. That helps a lot. I also take additional fibre. I knew the ingredients of Pinalinaza would work for constipation, so i decided to try it.
This is good, for those times when fresh fruits are not available. it is also easy to just add to smoothies without making it too thick, like most other fibers. The taste is fruity and nice, and not sweet. I highly recommend. The only thing i did not like, was the senna which was more laxative than I needed. If you are seriously constipated and want natural ingredients, this works!!

Ive had constipation issues forever. Ive tried every tea/ laxatives out there but everything works temporarily. This has been great for me. It truly regulated me. . I take it every other day and it at night time. And it works as soon as you wake up.

Since I was a kid I’ve struggled with my slow metabolism…well this powder fixed it.
