This is an amazingly effective product which allows you to fall asleep. If you find yourself awake after a few hours, you can safely take more, and theres no heavy, drowsy, drugged feeling when you wake up-no matter how miuch you might have needed to take overnight. It doesn’t put you into a nonresponsive state, and normal disturbances will wake you;child’s cry, someone banging about the house, phone calls, etc. I’ve been using this homeopathic sleep remedy for quite a while, after going through the whole Ambién, and other prescription sleep meds-some of which have extremely deleterious effects. This has none. It’s safe, non habit forming, is not contraindicated with medications, and all natural…but as is indicated, you should discuss takinhg it with your doctor, if you’re taking other medications or have health concerns.
I would normally give this product 5 stars, but it has become unavailable, or out of stock often. So it gets a 1 star for often being unavailable, but 5 stars for the product itself.

This is a natural product, not a pharmaceutical, so I cannot expect it to act against major sleep disruptions like pain and major disruptive incidents. If I am not in pain, however, but just want a little help this has been working. I’ve given it about three weeks of occasional use. I usually do not wake up and then (because I’m awake) have to get up to go to the bathroom during the night when I use it, and that makes me VERY happy. I’m impressed enough that I’ve put it on a subscription.
