Si estás buscando un producto fácil de digerir porque es una pequeña pastilla que disuelve en la boca, algo práctico, de rápido efecto y extremadamente económico para todo lo que hace, este es el producto.
Tenía múltiples moretones en mis piernas, porque entreno 🏋️♀️en el gimnasio y me golpeó constantemente con las pesas, me hago masajes con madeterapia que son muy fuertes y me dejan también morados y me aplico complejo B para recuperación muscular que también me dejan morados, tenia mis piernas y glúteos cubiertos de pequeños morados y partes rojizas, con estas pastillas desaparecieron en menos de 1 semana tomándome 1 pastilla cada 4 horas como indica, no requieres ni si quiera tomar agua para digerirla porque como dije al comienzo se disuelve en tu boca, el sabor no es nada desagradable, se siente como una pequeña menta y sus ingredientes no son medicamentos abrasivos para tu cuerpo. 10/10. Excelente producto y gracias por todas las reviews porque fue por ello que me di la oportunidad de probarlas, ahora no tengo nada de morados h sigo con la misma rutina nombrada.

I was having a pretty invasive surgery and while doing a lot of research before hand to help with the recovery process I read many articles suggesting to take Arnica and Bromelain together to help minimize swelling, bruising and pain. I asked my surgeon about it before hand and she told me I can take them, but she didn’t believe that they helped at all. So I gave it a whirl anyways and after doing a lot of research on amazon for the right brand I decided to go with these. I started taking them, with the Bromelain 3 days before my surgery. I was so shocked when I came out of surgery and my surgeon told me I had the least amount of swelling and bruising she had ever seen doing that particular type of surgery!! I continued to take them the week following my surgery and had no additional swelling, or bruising! I can’t speak much for the pain relieving side of as, as I was on pain medication as well. I stopped taking them a week after, and I started swelling a bit more… so I started them back up again and poof it went away! I am a firm believer that these really do help!

This stuff is magic! My son had a dental appt and his lip swelled up horribly. I wanted something natural to help speed the healing bc it was taking forever to go away. He took one tablet (it says every 4hrs but since he’s only 6 I gave him one in the morning and one before bed). He didn’t love the taste at all poor baby but the swelling was down within a day! Wow I’m so impressed.

I took these after my surgery because so many people swear by them. I honestly couldn’t tell a difference. I don’t think they did anything for my pain. I took two at a time daily to help with bruising and swelling. I’m almost 1 month past surgery, still some swelling but I’ve been healing great. Is it because of the Arnica? I don’t know, but they didn’t hurt. They’re tasteless, a bit chalky, but dissolve quickly under the tongue.
