Guys i just want to say don’t go for these kind of supplements. Eat healthy diet and burn fat by cardio. These products are crap. After 5 hrs of eating this suppliment you feel depressed and negative thoughts in your mind. And this thing doesn’t help you for loosing fat. I just threw it on dustbin as you can see all red capsules are there. I tried 5 km running daily without these capsule then also I’m loosing weight. This means these are just make fool everyone. So please be natural. Don’t go for it.

I normally get two nutritional supplement bottles, one of ginkgo biloba and thealine separately, This has both of them, plus caffeine and other extracts which helps with energy and mood. I suffered from low blood pressure and drops of energy due to low sugar levels without notice. Today I tried this and I am really impressed with how I am no longer suffering from the bouts of energy loss nor fainting spells that I usually get when stressed or overwork myself. I’m continue to try this out as this is the first day of trying it out, but as I had stated, I am impressed by how I was able to work on a whole fence without fainting once or being dizzy. I hope this helps with my therapy to overcome my fainting spells and difficulty with blood circulation without breaking bank. I usually spend over $50 a month trying to combat my hypoglycemia and hypocardia, but with time I hope this stuff will replace those supplements and I only have to spend half of that amount per month while also overcoming this nonsense I had inherit from my parents. Passing out in the middle of lessons isn’t a joke, even though people within the education thinks it is funny to patronize and use passive-aggressive comments over it. May they never get this, because actually having it is really annoying… and having to eat every three hours or so is just as frustrating when everyone else around you are able to get away with not eating for the whole 6-8 hours. So far these pills help preventing the drop of blood pressure and avoiding fainting spells. I will give more detail as tie passes to see if these are what my body truly needs to live a close to normal life.

Recently I noticed flatter stomach, more energy and better academic results in economic classes. No change in diet. I have been a vegetarian for over 10 years already before starting and needed a little boost in metabolism. I take these in the morning, while sleeping at night starting around 9 or 9:30pm. Combo between sleeping more and taking these I notice less gassy feeling and a less bloated stomach. Taking these alone won’t do… these give the energy needed to boost your exercise and diet plan. Make sure to take these early. I highly recommend avoid afternoon consumption due to increase risk of insomnia at night. Sleep is part of healthy lifestyle and strong results. I also notice better results in homework and class readings. I wouldn’t say this works like adderal, because addy will always be far superior than anything over the counter, but these capsules are pretty close and far cheaper. If you have crammed exams and classes I highly recommend taking these for maximum performance.

So this is probably my 4th or 5th review on amazon and I had to review this product.
This is a 7 days review so as you can imagine I could not even finish the entire bottle, yet.
When they say FAST RELEASE, they mean it! After 30minutes I can already feel the effects of this product. Since I’m a stubborn person I was finding myself taking it at night around 7-8pm and MISTAKE! You WILL NOT SLEEP! It kept me up until 4am lol I’m a terrible person. But yea, this product works when you follow the direction.
I was on a diet when I was taking it and on colon cleansing, which means I usually was not very hungry or was eating very little (this product was the cause) when I took the pill in the morning 30min before breakfast, I was not eating enough. I did have a lot of energy though but then after the 3rd day I upped the dosage to 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Oh Boy, not only could I not sleep, I felt dizzy, nauseous, not hungry, and lacked a lot of energy. I will not really blame the product for it because I was working out 5 days a week, I was also cleansing my colon so my belly was pretty much empty most of the time so I could not eat and drink as much as it was recommended.
Basically it does what it’s supposed to do if you keep a healthy diet and workout routine. When I say healthy I don’t mean to cut down on everything but just make sure you are not starving yourself while using this product and keep a consistent 3 meals a days (counting calories or not) type of routine otherwise the effects will be reversed.
I stopped taking the pills for 7 days because girlll I was tired from the lack of sleep and I needed to reset my body. Now I am back on the pill but I think 2 pills a day is enough for my weight (4 a day traumatized me lol). I currently weight 146lbs before the product i was at 154lbs so (wow now that I write it it’s almost 10lbs in a week, but in kg it’s not much weight loss lol). My goal is 125lbs in a month I think I will achieve it if I don’t overdo it.
