I’m a short, fat, little old lady and sometimes my feet and legs swell up. Makes my legs heavy and my shoes uncomfortable. My doctor won’t give me a diuretic even though I’ve used them before (I’m looking into replacing her, she won’t listen to me!). So I’ve tried many otc products will little to no results. Tried this and within one hour I was having to pee! It’s not one of those products where you’re constantly looking for a bathroom, it works steady and gentle over 6-12 hours. I did do the dosing a bit different (I use other homeopathic drops so I’m familiar with them .) as I put 2 droppers under my tongue and let it sit for a few minutes, then swallowed. The taste is kind of funky, kind of like mushrooms extract, but not too bad. Three hours later I took 2 more droppers. The next day my feet and legs were back to normal! I’ll definitely buy again ! Also the manufacturer instructions and other inserts were much more detailed and involved, I think they might actually care about their customers! What a concept!

This product hasn’t me cramps in my kidney area of my back. I could not use it long enough to see if it worked, but I didn’t not notice any significant reduction of swelling in my feet the days I used the product. I waited a couple of weeks and tried to use it again. I experienced the same cramping, so I threw the product in the trash.

I have been using this for a week and it seems to help. It is gentle. I bought this because I tend to bloat. I sit a lot for my job and I do like low salt corn chips, guac too much. And I have a blood pressure med that- counter intuitively, has bloat as a side effect. I also tend not to drink water like I should because of the bloat. So in the week that I’ve used this 1x to 2x daily, I have made a point for drinking more water. It seems to be helping. The real test will come when I have my next cycle. I bloat terribly then.
It tastes a little like light ice tea. Not at all unpleasant- earthy with a sweetness as others have said. I put 2 droppers full into plain water first thing in the morning. I have high blood pressure and was on a prescription medication, I replaced with hydrocin ,in hopes that it would work. I did not feel that it did the job worthy of the cost of the product. I’m quite sure I’ll either find something else or go back on a prescription.
