I really wish this were available in 1500mg caplets. This makes time release and theraputic dose easier to achieve. Having to take seven caplets/day is a bother.

I have had intentional issues since my teens, now in 50’s. (You never believe you’ll get there😉) Diagnosed with diverticulitis (on left side) which causes me a lot of pain at times. I’ve noticed a huge difference with the lack of pain on my left side AND now I’m not having the back pain I’ve had for years. I’m assuming the back pain was partly caused by my intestinal issues. I have back pain for other reasons but the biggest part of the pain is gone since I started taking this 🧐 I still have a lot of bloating and gas which I’m hoping will subside after taking this a little bit longer as it’s only been 3 weeks. I will update my review as I move forward.

Be careful of the ‘450mg’, it is for ‘per serve’, not per capsule. It is in fact only 150mg per capsule. Not the best value for money, not to mention the quality yet 🙁 A bit disappointed.
