    Contains powerful corticosteroid clobetasol propionate, which is illegal in the US without a prescription. Can cause skin to become thin and easily bruised, among other side effects.

    I want to warn people and tell them my story. I used hyprogel on and of for about 6 months. Because it lightens your skin so fast, I started only using it on certain areas of my face for a chunk of time. I started seeing the hives and pimples across my face. It started getting itching and burning sensations. It has gotten to the point where I can no longer use regular soap on my face and I cant use most moisturizers or my face flares up. The steroid used in this cream clobetasol propionate is 600 times more potent than 1% hydrocortisone and I have been diagnosed with red skin syndrome due topical steroid withdrawal. This is not a joke! At this point, I will have to take time off of school in the future while this leaves my system. There is no cure, there is only medication to help alleviate the symptoms. It takes one minute to google, topical steroid withdrawal and see people’s story. If this is not a warning enough, AVOID USING THIS ON YOUR FACE! OR USE IT FOR LESS THAN 2 WEEKS! The pain and anxiety is not worth it.

    Been using this lotion for a week now, and it’s slowly exfoliating my perma tan away. By the next two to three weeks I think my tan will be completely gone with continues use.
