I am in my late 60’s, and drive indigent people to their doctor’s appointments, and to and from hospitals, that can no longer drive themselves. I am around sick, coughing, draining people in an enclosed environment all day long. I never get sick. Let me repeat that – I never get sick. I increase the Stamet’s 7 from 2 to 3 daily, and do the same with the Lion’s Mane. It is a $100 a month investment that is more beneficial than paying for Medicaid. I am also a plant-based, whole foods vegan, drink more than my share of clean, pure water, I work out regularly at a gym, do yoga and all kinds of breath work, and get plenty of rest. I also include Chlorella daily – to beef up comprehensive micro-mineralization of my body. But the biggest contributor to maintaining healthy resiliency is the Stamet’s 7. If anyone complains “they didn’t feel anything” from taking the product — ask them if they came down with a cold or flu? More than worth the investment in long term health, and the 120 count bottle offered from Amazon is a great $$ deal!!! I can not recommend this product enough. Blessings to all. Maintain your health. This is pretty much the only type of health supplement I’ve taken consistently for the past 2 years and I highly recommend it. Before i started taking these, i would get sick at least 2-3 times per year whether it be a cold, sinus infection or allergies. When i take this consistently on a daily basis, I’ve had great luck with staying healthy. I’ve only been sick one time in the last 2 years and it happened as soon as i stopped taking them for a month because i ran out and forgot to order more. My co-workers and family members all came down with the flu and sinus infections over the holidays and I was somehow able to avoid it all even though i did not get a flu shot this year and was staying with them while running on very little sleep for a couple weeks. Even if i start feeling like my body is fighting something off, the symptoms usually go away within 1-2 days and its usually nothing more than a scratchy throat or a runny nose. I heard about this product a couple years ago on the Joe Rogan podcast with Paul Stamets, who is a world renowned mycologist and the founder of Host Defense (episode #1035). He also recently did another Joe Rogan podcast that is very informative as well (Episode #1385). If you haven’t listened to either of those podcasts yet, you should definitely do so. It will give you a lot of insight on how beneficial mushrooms are to our bodies.
