I have been taking Vitex for the last few years because I have terrible cramps and flu-like symptoms each month before my period, as well as breast pain before I ovulate and before my period. First of all, let me say that this product works for me for my moodiness caused by PMS/Peri-menopause. Now let me say that I believe the Capsules are not actually 820 mg each; when I compare these capsule sizes to actual 820 mg capsules of different products, these are much smaller. However, I just take two of these at a time instead of one and they are still way cheaper than other products even by taking two at a time. So I’m just giving it four stars because I don’t think the capsule size is accurate, but if the capsule size has been accurate five stars because I feel like this helps me with my moodiness. I definitely am grouchy if I do not take them. I love an herbal remedy!
