I’ve read enough promising information from credible sources that resveratrol and quercetin may have great health benefits. I’m not able to scientifically assess the true effects of a supplement so I look for any indicators of quality, and this product has many.

It arrived well labeled and sealed. The capsules inside were all clean and it was free of residue or broken capsules. It has a slight smell but it’s not bad, it smells a little bit fruity to me and it doesn’t have a taste at all. I find it very easy to swallow.
I had no negative side effects from this at all. I also felt like it helped my focus a bit.

Resveratrol is supposed to be one of the few natural compounds that extends the life of cells in vitro. Although this doesn’t necessarily mean it will extend the lifespan of an organism, it is a proven health compound. It is present in a lot of natural foods but not at therapeutic doses. This capsule does contain a therapeutic dose of resveratrol so you can reap the benefits.
I’ve been taking it for a few weeks now and I don’t really notice too much but you’re not supposed to. Its just supposed to be good for your cells. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn’t. Who knows. But if you’ve been convinced that resveratrol is worth paying money for, then this is decent resveratrol. The capsules are cleanly packed and the dose is appropriate. Exactly what you would expect from a good supplement. Whether it does anything or not, that’s up to your placebo.
Overall good resveratrol. Highly recommend.

I am very sensitive to any medication or supplements to begin with, so trying these for the first time was no different. When given even a prescription, I ALWAYS start with less than prescribed, to see if I will react to it. When I started this, I took actually took 2 capsules as stated on the bottle because it was actually less than the recommended dose of 1000mg, and 2 of these are 600mg. I did this for the first week and I took them at the same time all during that week. Then by the second week, I noticed some digestive irritability. So, I decided to only take one a day. I am on my third week, and I started feeling better. I might even just take them every other day, as to not overload my body with any substance. Anyways, I hope this helps those that are questioning this antioxidant/anti-inflammatory supplement, because with any medication, always do your research to know if it has the possibility of being helpful, and what will not.
