Flavor & clump review – I have only used this 3x so not reviewing on benefits for body
I am really happy with this product. I liked what it had for the price. I have been adding 2 scoops to my morning matcha latte. It does change the taste ever so slightly, but not enough for it to bother me or to stop drinking it. I honestly think after a week I won’t even notice it! I follow the instructions and mix it in warm water – since I am making matcha I mix it in at a water temp of 170f. I use an electric hand mixer/whisk that is battery operated. I also purchased on Amazon. Comes out perfect with no clumping. Has a funny smell before I add in my vanilla almond milk, but it doesn’t bother me as I don’t smell it when I drink.
Match Latte w/ collagen:
1/2 tsp matcha sifted
Spoonful of local honey (for allergies and because honey is the best)
2 scoops collagen
2.5 fl oz of 170F water
Whisk
Then add:
8 oz vanilla almond milk
Ice
In a glass (because everything tastes best in glass)

So update. Went through my first bottle and now on second – this stuff is great. I have so much new hair growth it’s crazy.
I’ve used just in warm water, coffee and matcha latte now. All taste great.

I’ve been trying collagen brands and types for a couple of years now, and unless they raise the price or lower the quality, I’ve settled on this one. I am now a believer in using the multi-type collagen rather than just two types, which this product offers. It is totally flavorless in my coffee, herbal tea, yogurt, and smoothies, and I have sensory processing issues so that says a lot! After using this for two months straight with no lapse, my fibromyalgia and other pain has eased up more than I imagined considering I have not made any other changes. I know my hair can’t be thicker, but it appears like it, and feels stronger and healthier overall. My skin does seem to be aging even better than it was amd is never dry anymore. I haven’t needed to spend as much money on probiotic supplements to prevent yeast infections other imbalances, and my nails are so strong now that it’s almost annoying. The protein in my coffee keeps me fuller longer in the mornings, as with any collagen. The price is unbeatable, and I was afraid to go without the hyaluronic acid at first but have found it to be unnecessary after a couple of months on this product! So I’m happy to save the money and put less ingredients into my body. I also like that it doesn’t have tons of unnecessary, possibly even toxic levels of biotin like other brands add in as a sellling point that can actually make you sick. Highly recommended!

I bought this for my mom who is older and has fragile thin skin. So far it seems to be having a positive effect on her skin, it doesn’t seem to be as fragile as it was. It seems to mix alright with drinks however my mom said the taste leaves something to be desired. All and all the size seems to be comparable to similar products and it seems to be affective. I will be buying again and am considering buying for myself also.

i originally started using collagen for joint pail relief. absolutely have noticed a huge difference. i have arthritis mainly in my knee so it was getting difficult to move. this makes it possible to get up and walk/run/exercise/whatever i want to do without taking a bunch of meds everyday. this is the 3rd brand i’ve tried and is also the cheapest. it’s great for the price! the affects are the same as the more expensive brands and i think it dissolves better than the Ancient Nutrition brand which was much more costly. there is a slight smell and taste in cold drinks but it’s manageable. in plain room temp/cold water however i find it completely undrinkable. but i typically put it in coffee or a protein shake in the morning and it dissolves fine and has no taste. i’ve purchased this 2 times in a row and will likely continue to purchase this brand.

I just finished my third can of this and am getting ready to reorder. I originally bought it to help with an old back injury that had been limiting my activities and causing me much pain for decades. This product reduced the back pain by at least two thirds and I am able to do more of what I want to. Amazing! It also healed a fingernail that was split all the way into the nail bed that had been that way for years! Wasn’t expecting this but was thrilled to have it heal because I couldn’t keep it trimmed short enough to prevent it from snagging on everything (ouch!) and had to keep it taped up all the time… what a nuisance that was! I took the healing of the fingernail as an outward sign of what this product was doing for my insides. Skin is better, too. I recommend this product.

I’ve been trying different brand & types of Collagen for over a year now. After trying this brand I’ll surely buy again. It comes in at a good price. It offers all 5 types of Collagen-Types I, II, III, V & X. Not all Collagens offer all 5, many are just 3. This is a good 16 ounce can which didn’t disappoint upon opening the securely packaged can. The scoop provided was my daily guide for how much to use. Typically it’s 1 scoop a day. I’ve found trying to mix collagen in with fluid it just doesn’t dissolve. I began mixing it in with my daily morning yogurt. With a good mix one would never know it’s there. There’s no flavor to this collagen so I’m benefiting from both. I recommend a mixture of this type rather than a drink. I also realized during this time of taking Collagen is that I needed to be consistent with it to see true results. This brand continued the results of better digestion, hair growth & thickness, nail growth & hardness & a better skin complexion. Collagen is so important for our bodies. This brand is one I’ll turn to due to the quality & value of the product~especially for the 5 types. Subscribe & save is also offered so there can be additional savings with the convenience of ordering when needed. Based on my experience I do recommend.

I bought it because of more types of collagens than most. The product seems OK, no major difference from other brands I used. But the container is not OK.The lid is almost 5″ in diameter, too big to grab well unless you have huge hands. It has to go into the groove just right, otherwise it jams and you can not turn it close or open. Frustrating to deal with so I transfered the content into a more user-friendly jar and do not plan to buy this again.
