I’ve been using the Magnesium Citrate Softgels for a little while now, and I’m really happy with the results. The formula is great—850 mg of magnesium citrate per serving, which is a solid dose for supporting muscle relaxation and overall wellness. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality and a reduction in muscle cramps, which was my primary reason for trying this product.
That said, I have to mention that the softgels are huge. They’re not the easiest to swallow, and I did have some difficulty taking them at first. If you’re sensitive to large pills, this could be a bit of a challenge, so it’s something to keep in mind.
Other than that, I really appreciate that these are vegetarian, non-GMO, and free of common allergens like gluten and soy. The quality seems top-notch, and I trust the brand since they back their products with lab testing and a satisfaction guarantee. Overall, I’d recommend them if you don’t mind the large size!

The front label of this product proclaims 850 mg. The fine print, though, says the 850mg of Magnesium Citrate equates to only 125 mg of magnesium. Wut? I had been thinking, hey, ten bucks for 850 mg capsules is a fantastic price, but when you do the math, the value doesn’t quite match up to what I’m paying elsewhere for tablets that deliver an actual 400 mg dose.
The label also says that they’re tested in the USA, but is pretty vague on where they’re actually manufactured. I would like to be told clearly where they’re being made.
That said, there’s little to no odor with these capsules. They’re pretty big, but because they’re a nice oval shape and slightly soft, they’re not too bad to swallow.

Fairly large capsules but easy to swallow, you will need two per daily dose. I didn’t notice an after taste or any side affects.

Works very swiftly to induce bowel movements when taken in higher dosages, which is advised if you need it as a laxative and don’t feel like drinking that acidic concoction that hurts the teeth enamel.
You get a heck of a lot of these and I am a big fan of the company. They also smell ok and taste fine too so I gave it five out of five because I’m satisfied in all the areas I think are of the greatest importance.

I am a huge fan of this brand as well as Magnesium Citrate. That said, I just haven’t noticed anything after taking this. Magnesium normally helps with sleeping, muscle recovery, and more. The pill is easy to swallow, though large for some, and it typically has left me with a mildly upset stomach the next morning.
