I prefer liquid supplements for better absorption and less capsule ingredients, so this was a plus with this brand. Also being non gmo and low on fillers is important. I can’t taste it when I add it to drinks.
I am used to taking zinc with copper for better absorption, so I’ll drink out of a copper cup when taking this supplement since it’s only zinc. That’s what my doctor recommended for lowering reverse T3 levels. Hopefully this is just as effective. Time will tell.
There are a couple downsides to this zinc. It comes in a plastic bottle versus dark glass which is the best option and it’s not easy to get the proper dosage so I’m take less. It only goes up to 1.5 when 2 is a dose. I probably wont order again.

A solid delivery format (liquid) and a small ingredient list are a big win for me. I’ve been using this liquid zinc supplement with glycerin for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed! First off, it’s incredibly easy to take—no chalky pills or tablets to swallow.
For me a supplement like this is for my immune system. Whether it helps or not is always hard to answer but as part of my regular regime I can at least say I only get sick once every two or three years. Other habits obviously play there own part. For this price point if this is something you are interested in I do not see why not.

I ordered these to have on hand for the upcoming cold and flu season! Zinc has proven to be so important in supporting your immune system and I love that I can trust the quality/organic ingredients of this product. The product came on time and well sealed. It is easy to dispense. Would order again.

I’ve been looking for Zinc in a liquid SPECIFICALLY because I cannot stand the taste and sucking on zinc lozenges for hours and then having everything taste strange for hours..it just was messy, not pleasant and then therefore, never became routine to take. Now that I can shoot the Zinc liquid straight down the back of my throat and hardly taste it and be done just like that? PIECE OF CAKE!! Thank you!

The liquid, the dropper, and the packaging are all good. The only thing I found annoying was the level of potency. I like to take 15mg of Zinc a day but this is only supplying 8mg per recommended dose so this did not last me a full 30 days.
