I’m am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:
1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them.
2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.
3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.
4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements.
So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results: Good source and I like it that it combines supplements so there are less pills to swallow

I’ve been taking Glucosamine for a few years and it helps with my joint pain.
This supplement has a high dosage of glucosamine: 3000 mg in 3 capsules.
The capsules are regular size and easy to swallow.
If you take 3 capsules per day (per recommendation) it will last almost 3 months, and for $17.99 seems like a good deal.
Arrived fast, sealed and well packaged, with an expiration date of 2 years from arrival date.

These Glucosamine capsules contain 1000 mg of Glucosamine per capsule; 3000 mg for a serving size of three capsules. I have been taking Glucosamine for my knees on the advice of my neighbor who is a podiatrist. He told me that other ingredients were not needed. I have been taking capsules that have 750 mg of Glucosamine. They work to totally relieve knee pain. These are one-hundred percent Glucosamine, 1000 mg. They are easy to swallow. There have been no side effects.

I’ve been taking glucosamine supplements for a while to help with my joints, and these fit the bill. They not only contain glucosamine, but also potassium. They are easy to swallow, the only downside is that you need to take 3 of them for 1 serving. They don’t leave any aftertaste in my mouth, so they are fine by me.

I suffer from chronic pain in my right hip and have taken different glucosamine supplements over the years, because they help with reducing the hip pain. I have been taking this particular glucosamine supplement for a couple of months now and it has worked just as well as the other glucosamine supplements that I have taken in the past that are more costly than this brand. The directions say to take 3 capsules a day (preferably with food) but, I only take 2 which has worked out fine for me. I haven’t experienced any side effects and the capsules are relatively easy to swallow. Overall this Glucosamine supplement works just as well, and is less expensive than a lot of other name brands Glucosamine supplements therefore, I give this one a thumbs up.

These equal out to 1000mg per capsules which is no different than previous products that I have used. Results have been the same.

I had an injury 8 years ago and sometimes my leg/hip/butt still bothers me, especially if I do something like sit on a bike seat for too long. I’ve found that glucosamine helps to a SIGNIFICANT amount. And since this is just glucosamine, instead of other ingredients, I can take twice the dose with half the pills. It also contains potassium because the form of glucosamine contains potassium. I was a little leery about trying this because potassium pills can be hard on your stomach, but I think the glucosamine itself helps buffer that because I have had zero stomach problems. I highly suggest it, especially if you need more potassium in your diet. A serving size is 3 capsules, which equals 3 grams of glucosamine, but I have been taking 4 at a time. Great to take after exercise to prevent pain or discomfort in the future if you have the same problem I do.
The price is also good. I’ve added it to my wishlist so I can buy it in the future.
