Arrived quickly,securely packed,undamaged,and as described.As a user of boswellia I’ve become very familiar with its benefits,and results,experiencing no ill effects to report.Concurrently as a consumer of the Horbäach brand for other supplements,I’m familiar with them,and have always been satisfied with their products and prices.I find this particular brand to be cost effective,functional,and of good quality.This particular brand is lab tested,uses ethically sourced ingredients,is GMP certified,non GMO,soy and gluten free which meets some of my criteria for purchasing and promoting a product.Personally boswellia has been a miracle for me,and I will continue using it for the benefits it provides.What’s notable about this brand is their one capsule dosing and quick release formula,which is something that I haven’t encountered with competing brands.However for those who have difficulty swallowing pills these may be a bit large.As always I recommend that everyone research all holistic supplements that I review for themselves,before making a decision.Furthermore I encourage everyone to consult their physician before making any dietary changes,especially if pregnant,nursing,or taking prescription medications,to avoid any adverse effects.Hopefully those deciding to place this order,experience the benefits that boswellia has to offer,and are as satisfied with their decision to do so,as I am.

Many years ago I developed a problem in my shoulder, it hindered doing any weightlifting that used the shoulders much.
I tried many supplements over the years, two years ago I ran across Boswellia and within 3 weeks I was using my shoulders for lifting. No problem at all.
A few weeks ago I switched to this brand. And I lowered my daily dose slightly. Shoulders are still going strong, In fact my shoulders are now more developed (at age 69) than they had ever been in my whole life.

This seems to be a good quality Boswelia so far.
– Capsules are easy to swallow
– No odd aftertaste or ill effects
– Price/Value is very good
– Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven’t seen the COA yet)
I haven’t had any problem taking these, but I’m only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I’ll revise my review accordingly.

The value is great on these as it can last a while and it does seem to be good quality. I didn’t really notice any difference upon taking them though.

This supplement results in 160mg of Boswellic acid according to the label. I wish companies would be clearer on the active ingredient contents; no one should have to do math, even if it’s simple math. However, this is a reasonable dosage since one study used 106 mg daily and another had 150 mg daily with promising results for joint health.
Horbäach is a brand that has been around a long time, so I feel pretty good about it having the 160mg of Boswellic acid, but I wish more supplement makers would be more transparent about 3rd party testing. “Trust me” is not enough in today’s world.
It’s too early for me to know if this is helping, and everyone responds differently, but this something that looks promising in limited research, but the studies actually had controls, so I feel positive about it.

This supplement is easy to take and does not taste bad. It’s helped with minor pain relief which in turn allows me to be more active. It’s a great value!
