This is a great price for the amount of servings you get and the amount of tumeric curcumin. and you always want it with black pepper. I had no side effects with taking this supplement. I would purchase this again.

What I first loved about this product was they show you the back of the bottle with the ingredients on their product listing page photos. Sometimes products can indicate they’re one thing, but when you receive them, there’s other ingredients that you cannot take. These type of products are non-returnable and that’s why I would never purchase one that doesn’t show the ingredients.
There is a lot of information online on the great benefits of turmeric, however, it’s not for everyone and you should always look up who shouldn’t take it and what medications it might interfere with.
The total supplement is 3,000 mg and it’s approximately 2,000 mg of a turmeric complex. I was using 500 mg of turmeric and then increased to 750 mg and I felt like it still wasn’t enough. I was glad to be able to try this product. The dose is three capsules a day and there’s 150 capsules. When you go online, the suggested amount for turmeric is 500 mg to 2,000 mg, however, it’s always best to start with one capsule just to make sure you have no adverse effect. With this product, I took two capsules and I didn’t have any side effects. If you’re new to taking turmeric, it can take a few weeks for you to know if it’s working. I previously took the 500 mg for 3 weeks and I didn’t really notice a significant improvement. Each person is different, although I would always start the first day with the least amount and then gradually increase. It’s not so much the turmeric as it is the pepper. However, the pepper is an important ingredient for the turmeric to work more efficiently.
Overall, this is a great quality product and because I like the combination of the ingredients and the dosage, I plan to purchase it in the future.

Horbäach is one of my usual brands. Note that a serving is 3 capsules. This works fine for me because my usual dose is 2 grams, so I only take 2 capsules each day instead of three. I like that this supplement avoids ingredients that I need to avoid, but I do wish these were manufactured with fewer fillers. I tend to think the manufacturer tries to fill larger capsules and adds fillers to make the difference instead of using smaller capsules without fillers. That is my greatest complaint with this particular product. I don’t want rice powder in my turmeric.

This turmeric supplement from Horbaac is an affordable way to take turmeric daily. I like that it contains BioPerine which has studies to prove its efficacy. The bottle has 50 servings when three pills are taken daily, which is a good value. I started out by taking one capsule to see if there were any reactions or stomach upset. I did not experience any and the capsule was easy swallow with a glass of water. The bottle did have some light powder residue inside but so far I have not found an open capsule.
