I am satisfied with this product. This is a reorder. The bottle I ordered from Amazon was labeled with a quantity of 300 tablets.
The bottle I received is labeled 200.
Just don’t feel like the hassle of having to return it.

Would I recommend this specific brand/variant? Yes! The bottle I received came sealed, has an expiration date of 04/2024 (I bought it in 03/2022), and it has exactly 300 individual tablets inside as advertised (yes, I counted them)! And most importantly, they do seem to work.
There is one thing you should note if this is your first time buying caffeine pills though. Efficiency seems to be a very broad problem with this type of product regardless of brand. By that, I mean that it’s probably best to go in with the expectation that some of these tablets may have a reduced efficacy from one tablet to another regardless of the batch or brand for whatever reason. That doesn’t mean that some tablets have less than the advertised milligrams of caffeine in them, but that sometimes the effects simply don’t materialize as desired. At least that’s been my experience after trying several different brands over the years. Sometimes they work as expected and sometimes they just don’t.
Some extra thoughts:
I’ve been using caffeine pills exclusively these days and have been using this particular “220mg with Green Tea” variant for a little over a month now and I would say that these do work as advertised with varying degrees of success. Sometimes the recommended single (1) tablet is all it takes to give me a good energy boost that lasts anywhere from 4 to 10 hours. Other times I have to double dose because the first pill did absolutely nothing and I’m still feeling drowsy 2 hours later. However, doing this can be risky because if the second pill is one of the more potent ones, then you can actually end up experiencing some negative side effects like headaches, heart palpitations, etc. so I advise against double dosing. If the first pill is too weak, then just get a cup of coffee instead lol.

Actually seem a little stronger than my previous supplement. I have low blood pressure which leads to me feeling tired and I try to not drink so many caffeinated sugary soft drinks. The pills seem to be uncoated largely unbuffered caffeine, thus the pill size is small and easy to swallow 2 at a time, as I do in an afternoon. 300 count bottle at a bargain price. I recommend it.

No side effects for me. Well balanced, inexpensive… works for ME. If Caffeine doesn’t make you uncomfortable I’d recommend, but as they say check w/ Doctor 1st, God bless your every day, Neal M

Sometimes i need to fight sleepiness for work on the night shift.. Caffeine+L-Theanine didn’t do the job at the caffeine levels I needed. It actually made me sleepier. Now, this product does have “green tea extract”, but that’s just window dressing for marketing purposes. The pill size is too small for it to contain appreciable amounts of theanine, which is exactly what I wanted. So, basically, it’s 220mg of cheap caffeine. I take two as needed, usually on the first or second night of my schedule, and a half hour later I’m where I need to be. If I begin to drag 3-4 hours later, and it’s going to be an extra long shift, i have, on super rare occasion, taken one more. Not sure this product even needs a review since we all know what caffeine is and does, here I am.

Haven’t slept in days.
Jk these work great tho. I take one a day and it wakes me up before needing coffee. Nice to have if I need another before the gym too. I got sick of buying expensive preworkout.

BE CAREFUL! 200 mg. Caffeine is a BIG dose! May be passable for young & healthy, in-shape folks, but the general population (you know, overweight, out of shape!) could get in trouble with this much of a jolt, especially elders or those with heart & BP issues. Advise that you FIND OUT ABOUT YOUR FAMILY MEDICAL HISTORY. Also, check out with your Medical Doctor you KNOWS your complete health picture, not just a coach, etc., who may not know what might be a risk for you.
Remember, CAFFEINE ALSO HAS A DIURETIC ACTION (makes you pee), so you can dehydrate yourself, possibly dangerous in marathoners & ultra-distance runners or just prolonged workout times. DIABETICS, the extra water loss can mess with your blood sugar balance.
BTW, I once knew an ultra-distance runner who got off by RUNNING ALL THE WAY AROUD the island of OAHU, HAWAII, (WAY over 100 miles)! He did NOT touch caffeinated beverages, to my memory. If this is wrong, sorry Bob D.! (Another BTW: He also sweated MORE than any other person I’ve ever known…sweat just POURED OUT OF HIM, almost literally at the drop of a hat (but he didn’t wear one)! He gave massage therapy in his spare time…an interesting experience!)
My Well-Intentioned Advice: USE this stuff SENSIBLY. Especially at first, cut 1 pill into 1/4 pieces (50 mg. each), about equal to a usual cup of coffee. (And yes, there are some coffee types that have more caffeine (more like 75 mg./ cup) usually the kinds that I like best…Darn!) So,”Titrate” the amount of caffiene you’re taking. At least these don’t have the yellow dye (like WM’s) that turns your urine dark yellow. This way, if your urine IS on the darker sides of yellow, you can tell is you need More Water!
Be Safe!
