I have used other products by this brand in the past and have been happy. There is a combination of Calcium, Magnesium, and Vitamin-D. I need a lot of Vitamin D. Pills are a bit large but I had no issue with them. The container came sealed and they don’t have a terrible smell or taste. They are average in price.

I like this GMO gluten free. take 3 at bedtime it helps me relax get good night sleep. like has Calcium, Magnesium and Vit. D3

I really enjoyed this product as I had been prescribed by my physician vitamin D3 for having vitamin D3 deficiency. This not only has vitamin D3, but also has Calcium and Magnesium, which all 3 work together to have healthy strong bones and possibly relieve pain in the long run. Taking these vitamins is not something you can notice or feel by just taking a few days, but has to be taken as directed by your physician, especially for those susceptible to weak bones and osteoporosis.
I also like how the ratio of each vitamin is the recommended 2:1, which in this case Calcium: 1000mg and Magnesium 500mg, which is the correct amount. Always consult your physician with the amount you should take. You have to take 3 coated caplets in order to receive the dosage as labeled on bottle. This means it gives you about 83 servings per container and a total of 250 coated caplets per bottle, for a reasonable price of $16.59.
Overall I enjoyed this product but the downside is that the coated caplets are very big (most Calcium supplements are), which makes it difficult to swallow.
