Having used several bee propolis products before, I was not at all looking forward to actually tasting this stuff. Expected that typical bitter sweet taste of bee propolis. But no, that’s not at all how this tastes. It tastes like a thick liquid version of a good honey eucalyptus cough drop. Except that it has this amazing thickness from the honey without being too sickening sweet as I often find honey to be. Absolutely love the protective coating it puts on your throat which is often what’s needed in times of troubles.
I’ve just started taking this, so it’s still too early to know how well it will work for things other than coating the throat. Have been feeling off and I can tell it’s something working on me in that area of my body. So far, it’s very soothing. At very least, it’s good for that. Looking forward to seeing how well this performs in other areas.
Great for adults and the kids will love this too. Safe and natural ingredients, with the exception of two preservatives needed to keep it from going bad on you. There’s nothing in this that can make you sleepy which I appreciate because I’m super sensitive to such ingredients. Safe and clean for the entire family.
Made in the USA.

Bought this for my husband since it’s so hard to get the Rocky Mountain throat syrup. AND IT CANNOT BE RETURNED! So, we’re out that money on a useless product. I think I’m not going to buy any homeopathic or personal care products from Amazon anymore. It would have been easier to find something locally and if it didn’t work, I could return it.

I’ve been using this syrup for the past year. I take a spoon full anytime I feel a cold, flu, or sinus infection about to occur. It does miracles! I feel instantly better after 1 dose. I recommend this syrup for adults and children alike. I stocked up on several bottles and I even give them away as gifts.

The flavor is good, almost like drinking one of those Swiss cough drops with the herbs in them. I like it overall but I wish it didn’t have corn syrup, it doesn’t quite cost my throat the same way honey does but I guess it’s the best I’ve had that isn’t pure honey with lime juice and garlic. Overall good

Broncosan Honey Syrup with Natural Herbal Extracts and Propolis – 11.4 Fl OZ
First impressions: Nice bottle of honey cough syrup. The syrup is thick like honey but smells like a cough drop.
Installation/setup: Use to soothe your throat when you feel ill. Take 2 teaspoons every 4 hours.
Final thoughts: The syrup is delicious, it tastes like a herbal honey cough drop. It is thick and soothes your throat. I want to try it in some tea, that’s always my go to when I get a scratchy throat. Hot tea with honey is the best. I like this and I’m glad I got it.

Now that I’ve tasted this, I’m stunned the word menthol doesn’t appear anywhere on the front of this bottle. There is so much menthol in the flavor of this syrup it smacks you in the mouth. It’s interesting because you taste honey first, and then the super-strong menthol immediately follows. It’s much like the honey menthol cough drops offered by most manufacturers, only in syrup form. I wish they would promote this as a honey-menthol syrup not only because it’s more accurate, but also because I believe it would open them up to an even wider audience. It’s good stuff! And for the people who don’t like menthol, their warning to avoid would be much more upfront.
The current price is about $9, and thanks to a quick internet search, I can tell you that 11.4 ounces is 68.4 teaspoons. Simple math would tell you that since a serving size is 2 teaspoons, there should be roughly 34 servings in the container, right? According to the nutrition panel, there are only 23 servings in the bottle. Granted, you’ll never get the last bits of syrup out of the container without adding water, but where did the other 11 servings go? Weird.
