I just started taking these gummies over a week ago as a replacement to the powder form of muscle recovery product and I much prefer this form as it is easy to chew with much more pleasure than powders or pills, I find it to be a little sweet but not too sweet, can’t tell much about muscle recovery speed but I will trust the claim for now and see if this improves with time

I like HMB. Use it post-workout. (You can make the case for other times. YMMV based on your own research.)
Other versions I’ve used are usually large capsules and sometimes a LOT of them. While I hydrate heavily during workouts, I still can feel a little dry-throated after and don’t like taking capsules. (I use protein shakes to wash things down – better than water for that.) So finding a good-tasting gummy was nice. Much easier to just pop in 2 and chew.

Yummy gummies! I’m a fan of gummies for the most part. It makes taking various vitamins and supplements easier and tasty, which helps me want to take them more. Much better than capsules or softgels. This ia a great supplement for working out or working hard. I take them after working physically hard and this helps add more nutrients for my muscles.

They are a good value, taste good(but might get stuck in your teeth a bit, simple pure ingredients. I haven’t had any issues with an upset stomach. Also, they are VERY effective at what they do and really help me during my workout. If you’re trying to get in shape, BUY THIS!

My experience with HMB is limited, but I’ve found it can really help with workout recovery in the past. But I really dislike pills and powder-based formulas, especially when I’ve just finished exercising. Gummies are a much better fit for me, especially when it comes to staying consistent, so I was excited to try these.
These are absolutely delicious. Very flavorful and easy to chew — just like a favorite candy. They also seem to be making as much difference in my recovery speeds as the old pills and powders did, which is terrific. Really awesome product that’s super accessible — just what I need on gym days and when I’m out being active. Glad I tried these for sure!

I think they’re working and helping with my metabolism, and muscle recovery, but it’s tough to tell. The one thing I appreciate about them is that I don’t develop intestinal issues from ingesting them.
