I was exactly sure what to expect taste wise, but the serving size is for Gummies and they taste really good. I’ve only been taking them for a week, so who knows what they’re gonna do for me but since they taste good and the price was decent. I’m going to buy two more and keep trying them along with my workout routine for the next three months and see what happens.

I started taking these HMB and L-Leucine Gummies three times a day until I finished the bottle: before my workout, after lunch, and before bed. Right away, I noticed a big difference in my recovery. Soreness was significantly reduced, and my recovery times improved noticeably. I’m also seeing faster gains in both mass and definition, while losing the puffy creatine look I had going on before.
At first, I was skeptical about gummies because I try to avoid too much sugar, but the trehalose sweetener was a pleasant surprise. It’s not overly sweet, and the sour apple flavor does a fantastic job masking the natural bitterness of HMB. They have a nice bite too, a quality gummy texture. There is a slight medicinal aftertaste, but honestly, it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. I even started looking forward to having these as a little “cheat snack” during the day.
One thing I’d suggest is clearer dosing instructions to make it easier for others to use effectively. Otherwise, this is an excellent supplement, especially for older guys like me who are focused on maximizing gains and speeding up recovery. I had no bad side effects, and my stomach handled these without any issues. Definitely worth trying if you want to keep progressing without the usual soreness slowing you down.

I just got this don’t know if it’s effective or not, it’s inexpensive, smells good, taste good, the only thing is it’s hard to chew, so I suggest to let it dissolve in your mouth, dissolves easily

I just started using it. Feel a little more energized, the apple flavor is great. Will have to use all to really appreciate any change in physical. Gym is a good idea, that way muscle tissue gets bigger and exercise keeps them stronger!

I ordered these gummies because I workout with weights often and I figured it would help with soreness and recovery. I love the sour apple taste and I also like that they are made with quality ingredients. Be aware that four gummies is one serving. I can’t say if it has improved my muscle growth because I haven’t been taking them for that long. I did notice a slight difference in the level of soreness after a workout. I was slightly less sore while taking these gummies. They are beneficial, however I am not sure if they are beneficial enough to continue taking them. I will finish the bottle that I have and then decide. It is a good quality item and I do recommend it.
