This Clear Formulas Histamine Guard Enzyme Supplement is a powerful, well-balanced, and excellent supplement. As I inspected it, it looks high quality and satisfying. The appearance, texture and color of the content looks clean, unblemished, refined pure, and processed well. I only take a single capsule (or two when needed) of this supplement daily, often before meals or after dinner before sleep. As an adult man, I also noticed this supplement is easy to swallow, consume, and has no bad, unpleasant, unlikable after-taste. For me, it tastes mild, palatable, and rich. I’ve been using this supplement for weeks or more now. There’s little to no undesirable or pungent smell in it and the flavor is natural and mild. In my experience, it has aided my cognitive function and helped in my sleep pattern. As for me, I’m giving Clear Formulas Histamine Guard Enzyme Supplement a 5-star rating.
Furthermore, I must make this disclaimer. The recommendation here should not be taken as a third-party lab test result or medical advice, rather, as an observation of a voluntary non-medical user. I’m not earning from any of these manufacturers. In most cases, there is already much research and studies made on the ingredients here. It’s up to the consumer to do their homework in order to feel comfortable and safe in taking the supplement. Moreover, prolonged use may cause compromise of immunity or increase toxicity level in the body. As such, I’ll leave to the user the discretion to continue using this supplement or not. For decades, I’m fully interested in researching, understanding, and using natural food supplements, especially those with great quality and potency. However, it takes time to see and measure the full results and benefits of any food supplements, including this one. On immediacy, the supplement may have a reaction on me or not, depending on my body’s immunity level and response, which is different to other users. As such, I shall not be held liable for any medical problems or reactions that may arise for taking such supplements here and in my other reviewed supplements for my personal consumption. I’ve been drinking nettle tea every morning for years to combat allergies (dust, mold, pet dander, pollen, etc.), which has been working really well for me, but around springtime I find that I need extra help every once in a while. This has done the trick for me along with the nettle tea (this also has nettle in it). It’s a once a day, and it has helped bring my allergies/reactivity down to more normal levels during pollen season.
While taking this, though, I was exposed to dry cat urine and had a full-blown reaction (a couple hours of sneezing, runny nose), so this won’t take care of all your allergies like magic, especially those caused by acute exposure. But this works very well as a natural remedy for everyday and seasonal allergies, without any negative side effects. I would also recommend just drinking nettle tea for daily use, as that has no additives like the magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, which I would prefer to do without. I will only be taking this during “allergy season” because of that, though that won’t prevent me from recommending this to others, especially over drugs (I am mostly against taking drugs, unless extreme circumstances make it necessary).
At $17.95, I think this is a good value, though if the price goes up, I would consider it a bit expensive for what it is.

Seems to make a small impact on my allergies. It’s not a major effect, and certainly not what I get from the usual anti-histamines, but your situation may be different from mine. No issues with taste, smell, or swallowing the pills. I have separately found that bromelain helps me, and that is indeed a small part of this supplement. I know a lot less about what quercetin and stinging-nettle, which seem to be the main ingredients. Due to price my advice would be to use this in addition to standard anti-histamines on an as-needed basis.

I have been suffering from progressively worsening, over the years, seasonal allergies, which, living in Mid-Atlantic, start sometime in March and go all the way until something like November… so “seasonal” is really one huge allergy season. I was looking for an alternative to the “Claritin, and maybe Excedrin for breakfast” strategy.
When I first tried this supplement, I was pleased to find that it worked for me, but both the strength and the duration of the effect were less than that of Claritin or Zyrtec.
There are two ways that I’ve made this work for me. The first one is to use it in addition to one of the mainstream antihistamines, to cover the few hours that the so-called 24h-pills wear off. The second one though is the one that I really love – I’ve got a very strong air purifier, which dramatically reduces my exposure to allergens – but still, I am not inside 24/7, so some exposure occurs. (And yes, there are days that I am tempted to wear an N95 mask outdoors) I’ve found that a combination of the reduced exposure with this pill works wonders.
Count me as a happy customer – I am out of my wondering whether taking Claritin daily for 8 months a year is safe, and my sinuses are content… I still keep the stronger antihistamines around for days when the pollen count is really high, but most of the time, I don’t seem to need them…
