This mega bottle of yummy lemon flavored creatine gummies is full of sugar, 1 gram of sugar per gummy. The first 2 ingredients are literally sugar: glucose syrup and sugar.
Each soft lemon gummy is equal parts sugar, equal parts creatine. While it tastes good, it unfortunately only contains 1 gram of creatine per gummy. In order to get the 5g of creatine I would normally take before a workout, I’d have to eat 5 gummies and also consume 5g of sugar. I don’t care to consume and metabolize that much sugar pre workout.
That also means this $50 bottle of creatine gummies would only equate to a 30 day supply of 5g servings.
Luckily, creatine is good for supporting more than just muscle growth. It also helps keep your brain functioning at its best.
Personally, I plan to stick to my sugar free creatine powder pre workout, on workout days, and save these Gold Label creatine gummies for NON WORKOUT days, consuming just 1or 2 at a time for brain health. So I can still get all the cognitive benefits of ingesting creatine daily without sugar spikes before weightlifting.

Up front, this is a huge bottle with many gummies. But this creates pros alongside cons to consider (and depending on your needs, my cons may be your pros).
The 1000mg gummy allows easy control of load management. This is a pro but the small size means a higher load requires five gummies. You’ll quickly speed through the bottle. But if you already saturated yourself and want lower intake, then the gummy allows a smaller load. Thus, its a pro for some and a con for others.
As for effects, i can feel the power boost when lifting and it gets me through longer sets.
Overall, figure out your needs and how this gummy fits into them.

These are good creatine gummies. They are the standard dosage 5 grams a serving. There’s 30 servings per bottle. They are some of only a handful of creatine gummies I’ve found that are actually the recommended 5 grams dosage. Furthermore they still giving a full 30 servings. All in all, this is a good quality supplement. I’d buy these again and would recommend them to anyone interested in them.
