So after reading all the reviews here, I decided to try them! I waited a month before writing a review. My verdict is they have helped me a great deal! When I first started, my reading were 280-300. Very high! I would wake up in the mornings with a high reading. I was getting frustrated because nothing was helping. I already take 1000 mg in the morning and again at night of Metformin. Then my doctor wanted to start me on other medication on top of this! Eye opener! I’m eating smaller portions and drink my Glucerna milkshake in the morning for a meal replacement then I take 2 of of the Organic GYMNEMA in the morning then I take 2 at night before bed with my metformin. It now is at 222! Yea, it’s still pretty high but it has dropped from close to 300! I just ordered more. You do get 2 bottles which is great! I’m also loosing weight! Helps carve my eating. I will continue this product and make small changes in my eating habits.I have faith that I will continue to loose the weight and faith that my sugar levels will also drop even more. Remember, small changes are BIG changes in your body! Then go on to another small change. You’ll get there! I recommend this product 100%.

I never review things. I’m terrible about it. But I’m sitting here in awe over this today. I have a horrible sugar addiction due to depression and medication side effects. It’s all I eat, and I eat it voraciously. I’ll wake up in the middle of the night and eat half a pie or 5-6 hostess treats. I’ve gained 15 pounds in the last month due to this. Desperate, I dug into anecdotal solutions. Cold turkey just doesn’t work for me, I end up binging. So I found reference to this product. It’s cheap and the reviews were good. I received it yesterday and immediately took two pills because the reviews said it had to build up in your system to work. Then I took two before bed. I just absentmindedly grabbed some chocolate pb cups to snack on and I taste wax and unsweetened pb!! No sweetness! It’s not at all satisfying lol! I also drink a lot of diet soda and that is now tasteless! On one hand I’m relieved that an end to the cycle is in sight but I’m also disappointed that I can’t enjoy all of it.

Originally I though this did not work, I was taking it with my morning vitamins and I don’t eat breakfast. The 3 days ago read about take it with for before eating some say 1 hour some say 10-20 min. I starting taking it 10-20 minutes before eating. I tracked my blood sugar for the last 4 days extensively. Morning first thing before eating lunch, two hours after eating lunch before eating dinner , two hours after eating dinner. for 3 days I have had the same exact food for every meal. My counts went down on every reading starting on day 2 and continued to decline through day 3 day 1 morning was 133 day 3 morning was 103 after lunch 2 hours 133. Also if you leave this in your mouth for 1-2 minutes anything with sugar tastes weird and removes the sweet taste (so for me it helps with any desire for sweets.

If I take one at 10 pm then eating cereal or ice cream just doesn’t taste fun. The taste of honey is muted almost to nonexistent- that’s why I bought it, to stop eating extra sweet late in the evening. The pills seem like they could possibly crumble, so I keep in fridge so the bottle doesn’t get tossed around looking for other supplements.
If you want to curb sugar cravings, this works. It doesn’t stop the craving, you do by taking one and then eating sweet and finding there is no sweet, you learn it’s pointless to try after taking it for a few nights. Wow, ancient medicine is the bomb!
