I have this Himalaya Organic Goto Kola on subscribe and save and I love the product. But this last time I got my shipment there were a lot of broken pills.

There’s nothing like getting a nice big, dark glass bottle of supplements, only to find that the bottle’s half full and very tightly stuffed with cotton — and I mean tightly. If tablet breakage is a problem, don’t use a mondo-sized bottle to begin with.
First, what a waste of resources to stock, sell and ship a bottle that’s half full. Just use a smaller bottle — one that accurately shows just how much is (or is not) in there.
If I wanted a large order of cotton and a few pills, I’d have ordered it. I know, it’s the M word — Marketing. Well it backfired this time.
You proudly speak of the organic long-time product you sell, but is that cotton as pure as the driven snow or GMO? These days, most is GMO — nice touch for an organic product, eh?
And why was the cotton stuck — I mean fused — like it was almost melted — to all of the tablets that were on the top two layers? You really had to work to stuff that much cotton in there!
When I removed the cotton (like a magician pulling an endless rope out of a box), a bunch of tablets clung to the cotton and were very difficult to pull off. Consequently, I had a bunch of furry pills that I patiently had to rub the cotton off of. There were too many to just throw away, because there weren’t that many in the bottle to begin with. Basically, what I bought was expensive cotton.
That’s the one thing that prevents me from ever ordering a product again. And here’s the other …
The pill design is the most difficult thing I’ve ever tried to swallow. It’s thin, flat, rough and dry. (Just a delight to pry off off the cotton, too.)
It lies low on the tongue and just stays there, hiding from the water gushing over it.
By that time, I was furious, and swore I’d write this review once I calmed down and got the time.
Goodbye, not good buy.
