I bought this for my wisdom teeth surgery and it is perfect for icing my jaw and cheeks. The material is soft, it fits comfortably around my head, and I love that it comes with 4 ice packs total, so I can have one set in the freezer while I use the other two.
I combined this with normal ice packs and a facial ice roller throughout the day of my surgery and have virtually no swelling so far. I’m sure I’ll see swelling in the next 2 days, but I’m prepared with this icey headband! I can see it being helpful in the future for tooth aches, other dental work, TMJ pain, and even headaches or migraines, so I will definitely be keeping this for a while.
*side note, I’ve used this while wearing my glasses and have had no discomfort or pain around my ears, but I’m not making the band suuuper tight, just snug enough to stay in place.

I bought this for my son when he had his wisdom teeth out. Comes with an extra pair of ice inserts so you can keep two in the freezer at all times. Velcro holds it securely in place even while sleeping. This product was a lifesaver.

We ordered this for use after wisdom teeth removal. It came with 4 small ice packs, but one of them burst open. They do not stay frozen/cold for long. 10-12 minutes and you are supposed to ice for 20 minutes. I had hoped to cycle them, using 2 for 10 minutes then replacing them with the other 2 for another 10 minutes. But not possible with one damaged.

Got this for my daughter for after her wisdom teeth extraction. She had all four removed and was swollen for about a week. We rotated these pads through the freezer non-stop for about 4-5 days to help with the pain and swelling. I almost wished we had one extra set of pads. I don’t feel that the extra set got cold enough in between uses, as we were switching them out every 90 minutes to 2 hours.

I used it post my tooth removal and the fact that it comes with two extra that you can rotate between is very useful. I only used it as a cold treatment and haven’t used it for the warm treatment. It is good value and quality.
