This worked great for my mom so I tried it, however my issue was more medical related and I had a hernia so it was not effective to my needs

It had a slight odor when I opened the package but followed the instructions and was careful not to have it on an empty stomach but felt nauseated just a few hours later. It had an unpleasant taste, but I didn’t think anything of it, The next morning, the supplement made me sick, and I was throwing up after feeling awful for hours. The only thing coming up was the bitter herbs that are inside the capsule. It was ineffective, not worth purchasing and the side effects were awful.

Sometimes this works and sometimes it does not. Sometimes it works when I take 2 capsules and sometimes I need 6. And sometimes it just doesn’t work even when I take 6 of them. I don’t get it.
