I am pleasantly surprised with the results. This supplement contains a powerful blend of ingredients that are designed to support and strengthen the immune system.
One of the things that I appreciate about this supplement is the convenience of taking it. The tablets are easy to swallow and I have not experienced any negative side effects. Additionally, the product is well packaged and has a long shelf life, which makes it ideal for keeping on hand in case of emergencies.

Background: I have suffered from asthma lifelong but I work with dogs daily for the past 13 years which triggers my allergies and asthma. It became worse after I hit my 50s and I was hospitalised in East Shore Hospital, Singapore in 2016 and treated with nebuliser. Ventolin, steroids and Zyrtec were my constant companions. However, all these things came with side effects plus the dosage had to be upped. Then I tried TCM which was super expensive but worked really well as long as I was taking the expensive meds. Nearly $750 a month as there is no insurance coverage for TCM from the pocket was an expense I couldn’t keep up with.
Book: Then I was reading a book by Raymond Francis and came across a mention for Quercetin. I ordered it and waited for delivery.
Quercetin: I started taking it religiously like 3 times a day but there were no visible results at the start. I still had to use my inhaler and woke up several times a night wheezing and unable to breathe as asthma attacks continued. However, around week 4 I started seeing a marked improvement as for the first time in many many months I could sleep through the night. Now I hardly have to use my ventolin inhaler and my asthma/allergies are under control though my right nose is still partially blocked which I know by God’s grace will be healed soon.
So if you suffer from asthma, sinus or allergies give this a try but stick with it. I pray for healing of sinus, asthma and allergy issues for everyone reading this review who is going through this ordeal. Amen!

This is a great combination of nutrients!
Quercetin, along with zinc and Vitamin D3 is incredibly important and beneficial for ones immune system, allowing one to remain naturally healthy and able to avoid the illnesses and the toxins supposedly created to help one avoid various illnesses that attack a weakened immune system. Anything that boosts ones natural immunity is to be highly recommended.
The addition of Bromelain is excellent. Taken on an empty stomach, Bromelain is very beneficial as an anti-inflammatory and analgesic for the pain, swelling and joint stiffness of arthritis.
This is an excellent formula and writing this, I am reminded that I need to repurchase!

I think Quercetin is a super supplement especially now trying to keep my immune system healthy during COVID. Several studies have shown quercetin, to be a strong scavenger and anti-inflammatory agent, and can be effective on both prophylaxis and treatment of COVID-19. I have seen this information several times, so I started taking 500 mg twice a day every day. I was exposed 5 times to people who tested positive for COVID and one was hospitalized with double pneumonia. Thank God she recovered, but I never became infected, and I believe it was partially because of my daily regimen of Quercetin, Zinc, Vitamins C & D3. Quercetin is also great for allergies. It’s an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory (especially this Nature’s Craft brand that has Bromelain in it. I have no formal medical training. I’ve learned all of this from years of research on natural alternatives to stay healthy.

So I received this product for 2 weeks, and I’ve been taking it since, on the same day I recieved it, its suggested dose was to take 1 capsule a day, preferably with a meal. So I usually take it during lunch, and I’ve been taking it consistently for the past 2 weeks and I do feel and can see the difference. Which is why I wanted to give it a week or 2 before I write an honest review, because I personally don’t’ think you’ll feel anything immediately or right away.
I like this product simply because it contains high antioxidants and I love anything that contains antioxidants, and support immune health/boost immunity. I no longer have allergy, despite the weather change, I also feel more energized, I can work throughout the day and not feel as tired. So overall, I think I really like this product and results were pretty apparent after 2 weeks. I’d recommend this product and will certainly continue to taking it.

I cannot have caffeine on a consistent basis, as I cannot digest it properly and it messes up with my ability to stay awake or to fall asleep. It’s pretty weird. So, I’ve always been on the lookout for natural solutions that do not contain caffeine at all to help me with my focus and my mood.
This is how I stumbled on this Quercetin and Bromelain supplement that is absolutely mind-blowing.
Immediately the first days I started on it, one month ago, I noticed that I was more joyous, that my mood was uplifted and that I had more energy throughout the day evenly. Then, I noticed that I didn’t have any crashes at the end of the day anymore. Then, after having been taking it for 2 weeks consistently, I missed a couple of days, and I noticed that my mood was very low and that I was as tired as I was before starting on this supplement.
I resumed taking it every morning (I take 2 capsules instead of 1 every day) and everything was back to my new happy and energetic normal.
Now, I’m working again completely, holding my focus on what I want and nothing else (which is really amazing!) even when other people in my household have to watch TV while I’m working.
