Clear Formula’s Pure Quercetin 500 mg supplement…
📚 I’ve ordered other supplements from this company in the past and find them to be of excellent quality.
📚 Quercetin is a supplement that the doctors in our office frequently recommend. Their recommendations for me were 500 to a 1000 mg a day. Always check with your doctor for their recommendations!
📚 Quercetin is known for being an excellent antioxident, supports a healthy immune system, and may even have Anti-inflammatory properties.
📚 The product description photo shows white capsules they are yellow which is what I usually get. They have no odor or taste and are easy to swallow. I would say the capsules are medium in size. A serving size is one capsule and delivers 500 mg.
📚 Summary… Excellent company, excellent product. Made in the USA and gluten free, 2 things that are very important to me! Easy to take, reasonably priced, a good investment in my daily health👍👍

I’ve used Quercetin regularly since Covid as part of my prevention regimen. This is a nice quality capsule that is relatively easy to swallow. It’s hard to determine when a supplement is effective or if one is more so than another, but this seems to be effective. I do like that the dosage is only one capsule rather than two.

Typically, I am used to seeing quercetin with bromelain, but this particular supplement goes without it. Quercetin is a flavonoid and bromelain is a protein digesting enzyme that aids in the absorption of quercetin, so going without it did not make sense to me. I read some articles that claimed some can have headaches and other side effects from taking quercetin with bromelain, so it now occurs to me that having it not absorbed so readily or efficiently may help some people.
Like many other quercetin supplements, this is a yellow powder in a capsule and the dosage is two pills (equaling 500 mg of quercetin). The pills are slightly smaller than what I would call average and easy to swallow (again, typical of other quercetin pills). The pills come in a clear plastic bottle, which will protect them from air, but not from light, so you will want to store them in a dark place.
The quality of the quercetin in these pills seems good and I had no issues with it. I did notice that the clear bottle had a slight yellow tint to it that I think is being transferred from the quercetin (excess powder from manufacturing sticking to the inside of the bottle from static). Outside of the lack of bromelain, I would say these are on par with comparable quercetin supplements. If you are looking for quercetin, but without the bromelain, then I would recommend this supplement as it seems good.
