I’ve been a foodie for most of my life. Until a little over 2 years ago, I seemed to have developed lactose intolerance. I noticed this because whenever I eat something with dairy in it, even just a small amount, I would get a bad case of IBS, and sometimes, my skin would even breakout that lasts for days!
It was so frustrating because I love cheese! My family would often order pizza and I couldn’t enjoy because I know the horror that would happen afterwards.
After much research, I decided to try digestive enzyme supplements. Found this on Amazon and decided to give it a try. After taking it for about a week, I was fine. No side effects whatsoever. I decided to put it to a test. I asked my sister to order pizza for dinner that night. I missed it so much that I was able to eat 3 slices! The night passed and I woke up the next day still feeling great! No tummy ache, no diarrhea, and no breakouts!
I was so amazed! I am on my 2nd bottle and this is still working wonders for me!

I can’t say this is a bad product or that it doesn’t work, but it didn’t work for me. I went through a period of bad gas and hard stool. This did not help but it also did not make it worse.

This pill has no taste. Easy to swallow. I have only been using it for a week, but was able to cut back on the Omeprazole already.
