Hydra Zen Cream from Lancome is a great moisturizer which I found to have a long lasting effect. The cream melts like a butter when applied to the skin. It took a few min. to fully absorbed by the skin leaving no unpleasant residue. I can use this cream under makeup easily. It does have a floral/citrus perfume but I find it pleasent. The price point is a bit on the higher side but it may worth it.

This cream works really well as a basic daily moisturizer. It absorbs super quickly, and my skin feels hydrated and soothing especially as the weather cools down and my skin gets drier. I do have to use much more product than expected, but it still doesn’t feel heavy, oily, or sticky, which is great. However, I think it’s better suited for summer, if you have very dry skin, it might not be quite enough on its own during the colder months.

I have very sensitive skin that leans towards the dry side. I was a little bit worried when I opened it up and can smell the rose scent right away that it may not work for me. I gave it a shot and it seems to work pretty well. Some days my skin is still a little dry, but never greasy or oily which is a win for me. A little goes a long way which I’m really grateful for.
