I’m a 42 yr old, chocolate color skinned, black woman and my skin is neither oily nor very dry (it’s relevant to those who may share my skin type). I recently have been experiencing breakouts and wasn’t sure why bc I hadn’t deviated from my normal regimen of washing with African black soap (exfoliating with a mesh rag), moisturizing with Curel and sealing with shea butter and orange essential oil. Prior to my recent breakouts, my skin was beautiful but due to the breakouts, I was experiencing dark spots and my skin looked a bit rough to me…not as smooth as before. Well, this product has restored my skin, reduced the breakouts and smoothed the appearance of large pores and fine lines (the bit that I had) in 1 week. I still seal with shea butter but I use Rose essential oil instead of orange since the packaging warns against use with products that have vitamin C. I’m aware rose has some, but I figure it’s less than the orange. So far, so good. I look and feel great. My skin is glowing! I think I will continue using this. If anything changes, I’ll update this review.

I never write reviews, but this product was so impressive I had to. I noticed a difference in my skin right away. I have a few areas of concern and it tightened them up. It feels so much better than retinol on the skin, is somewhat hydrating, and just knowing that it’s safer makes me feel better. I have been switching most things over to cleaner beauty products, but was still wondering if I should go back to retin-a before I found this. I’ve been using this product for a couple of weeks now, and I’m very happy that it is non-comedogenic because I have oily skin that only gets more oily in the humid weather of Florida. At the end of the day, I never see new pimples pop up because of this product. Moreover, it is really helpful in calming redness and inflammation, which I really like since my oily skin is prone to breakout during the summer. An added bonus is that the scent of the cream is very pleasant. However, an area that I cannot say for sure I’m satisfied with is its anti-aging abilities as I do not have visible lines and wrinkles.

The cream is rich and seems to soak in well, and my skin hasn’t broken out or gotten dry. Unfortunately the scent is a little too strong for me. I’ve used a few other Beauty by Earth products and have not had this issue before.
Update: The manufacturer did reach out to me regarding my issue, which I appreciate very much, and I will absolutely continue trying their other products.

I have been using this product consistently for about a month and I’m blown away by the results! Before using this product my skin looked very dry and dehydrated. After using it 1-2 per day, my skin is clearer, my hydrated, and dare I say… glowing. I really feel like it visibly reversed some signs of aging and increased my confidence a ton!
