I always keep a few of these with me, especially when I’m out photographing or traveling. They’re great when I feel especially tired, jet-lagged, dehydrated, or ill. They definitely have a bit of a salty taste, which was a bit jarring when I first tried it, but it’s good to know I’m getting a good boost of electrolytes while ingesting far less sugar than I would be with a sports drink.

I decided to try this brand because of the flavor options and price point compared to 2 other well known brands that cost more. However, after a week of drinking 1 packet a day in my water my mouth/under part of my lip was becoming raw. The vitamin C content is a tad high if your are sensitive to it. I didn’t realize I was until I compared the amounts in the products. I stopped drinking them the last 2 days and my mouth is fine again after switching back to liquid IV. The peach had great flavor (normally I’m not a peach fan) but it reminded me of the brisk peach tea from back in the 90’s but less sweat. Sadly I probably wont buy these again or limit how often I use them. The rawness in my mouth wasn’t worth it.

I’ve been looking for a cheaper alternative to the two bottles of Gatorade I usually get daily and these are awesome. I’ve tried liquid IV and I have to water it way down or it’s way too sweet for me but these have a lighter flavor and they’re all actually really good. I tried another one called ultima peach and it was horrendous, really chemically tasting. These have none of that, help a ton with dehydration during work and taste amazing. All the flavors are good and I’m usually not a fan of fruit punch of orange.

This is comparable to liquid iv, just gives an another option and more flavors. Replenishes hydrations well, dissolves easy in a water bottle, quick and easy to use.

Out of all the ones I have tried I have to say this is the best mix, very flavorful. Mostly what I was impressed with as it didn’t give me indigestion most of these fruity drinks or sugar-free stuff. It gives me very bad indigestion and this stuff tasted good. I will definitely buy again and again and again.
