I like many others have been trying to make switches to more natural products, and have found myself trying out various tallow products. I have used the pricier ones, but this one is my favorite. It’s a wonderful value, makes my skin glow, lasts a long time, and it doesn’t make me break out. It smells delicious, and it makes me feel better knowing the scent is natural. This is a new staple in my routine!

Love this product. Does not leave a greasy feel on the skin. Nor does is irrate my skin. Jist takes a little bit which makes this product awesome. I use right after my swim workout and shower. Smells wonderful

Ok, so I’m late 30’s and have always had dry skin due to using tretinoin since my mid-20’s for wrinkle prevention. (And for my 20 something girlies – yes, it works! Start early and stay loyal to it) So while I don’t have a ton of fine lines, my skin barrier is always struggling. Here in NC we’ve had some oddly dry weather since early Spring, and now that it’s Fall, I’m getting flakey. Someone on Reddit mentioned whipped beef tallow, and I had previously tried the tallow that I cook with on my face, but just could not get past the scent. (For anyone wondering, cooking tallow smells like a chewed up dog bone, do not recommend) It also didn’t feel like it ‘sunk’ into my skin the right way. Scanned Amazon for whipped tallow and was not ready to pay $40 for another question mark product. lol
Ya’ll. Stop what you’re doing and just buy this now. The scent is out of this world. I think I reapplied it about 3x in a row because the vanilla smelled so good. Not a cheap, cloying scent. It smells like actual REAL vanilla bean. Looks and smells like you’re applying buttercream frosting to your face, but it quickly sinks in. Sadly, the scent does not linger for long on me, but I’m ok with that because my skin looks and feels OUT OF THIS WORLD. I don’t know how to explain it, but it almost works like a makeup primer as well. Everything goes on so smoothly and my skin doesn’t feel tight. Also have been applying it to my décolletage and there is zero greasiness or ‘feel’ left behind. My 12 year old daughter also used it and now I have a container on the way for her.
Update: ordered the lavender scent for my daughter, but it’s not my favorite. She’s not much of a fan of the lavender either, so I ordered another vanilla and will use the lavender on my feet/legs.

I wanted to like this so bad but it broke me out! I have sensitive acne prone skin and i started getting cystic acne that i haven’t had in years 🙁
It wasn’t greasy and smelled good! I’ll have to use it somewhere other than my face.

The vanilla smell is very strong and has lasting power. I mean 24 hr plus. It’s a basenote in perfume, so that makes sense. The buttery smell of tallow blends in to make a gourmand, rather than floral, version of vanilla.
It applies with an almost matte, velvety texture. It’s an occlusive so I wasn’t sure what advantage it would have over plain old Vaseline, but it can actually be used during the day because it isn’t shiny, slick, and sticky enough to make your hair stick to your face and get greasy.
It even makes a perfect hair oil for softening frizzy ends – and I have fine straight hair that is easily weighed down.

ive dealt with moderate – severe acne for several years. i have sensitive, acne prone skin and scars. my main concern is trying to find a moisturizer that doesnt break me out. thankfully, this product didnt break me out. a little goes a long way and its a fair price for how long this product will last me. positives: doesnt break me out, moisturizing, smells like vanilla cupcakes. negatives: makes my skin look greasy.

I’ve tried other beef tallow, and it’s been very greasy. This one is super creamy and the vanilla smells amazing. It’s healing my rosacea and fine lines. I ALSO use it for my lips, and it lasts almost all day. I live in Texas so it came melted, not whipped but it was still amazing consistency!

Bought this after trying another brand. Not only does this smell fantastic but the texture is so smooth. Like any tallow, you need to give it a bit of time for your skin to absorb it before applying makeup. Will buy again!
