This is a great case of “you get what you pay for” but I’m okay with it. Liquid IV often tastes overly salty but does help you recover more than this product. I’d say it’s a fine value depending on what you’re looking for, but if you really want food performance, this may not be the best solution for you. It’s easy to carry with you and dissolves quickly into any liquid.

We took a box of these with us for a trip to Mexico since we are not big fans of purified water. These tasted good and kept us hydrated during our trip! Would purchase again.

I have been purchasing the non sugar free packets from this brand for awhile and love them! Compared to other brands the flavor is the best and less salty. This is my first bag of sugar free and I will be switching permanently to sugar free. They’re so good!! There was a flavor I didn’t prefer in the mixture (not bad just not a flavor I like) so I’m excited to purchase an all tropical punch bag when it’s back in stock! I’ve tried so many drinks pouches and these are by far the best. I have heart issues so I need extra electrolytes but I find sports drinks leaving me even more thirsty. These definitely help quench my thirst and give my body what it needs. I carry these pouches with me everywhere! I am disappointed anytime I go to drink regular water from my water bottle realizing it’s not flavored lol. Love them. I have also had experiences with customer service for this brand and they are absolutely wonderful! Very responsive and always helping the customer fully. Buy these!!

These were so good that I actually ordered them again the other day. I love liquid IV, but it is so pricey that I just couldn’t justify spending the money on it when there are cheaper options that do the same thing. These are really tasty (especially the açaí berry flavor,) and I like that they are sugar free. I put one packet in my 40 oz Stanley knock-off and there is still a ton of flavor even with that much water. I actually think anything less than 40 oz may be too sweet. I’d say give these a try. They’re very good and definitely hangover-approved.

The flavor of this assortment is good but it has too much energy for me. I like to use electrolytes in the middle of the night and right when I wake up, but this had too much energy so I can never fall back asleep. I’m finishing the bag just making sure not to drink it at night.

I did not like the flavor of these at first, but after forcing myself the drink them, I actually like them a lot. I notice I am drinking way more water than I typically do and I know I have these to thank. I prefer these flavors than I do the original but both are really good in my opinion. If you decide to try, make sure you mix very well. Or, maybe wait 3-5 minutes after mixing the power to really allow everything to dissolve in the water, otherwise you might get a chunk of powder and it will not taste good. Overall, super happy with these and will absolutely buy again

Love this product….. I used to get liquid IV, until I tried these, taste great and works just as good as liquid IV, but for less money.

First off I love the taste of this stuff, and the fact that it has zero calories was the reason I bought it!
However after using 1 packet/day for a week straight I started realizing that I was getting headaches after I drank it and also diarrhea a few hours later. After a week of this, I stopped taking it for 2 days and tried it again, and both symptoms came back! I did some research and it seems it might be the high dose of vitamin C (1,000mg)? I tried only using half a packet, and the headaches were less severe and I didn’t have the diarrhea. I’m not sure if I’ll keep using it though, because it does still cause headaches even with less.
It’s a huge bummer because I haven’t seen any other packets like this that are zero calories and taste as good as these do.
