I have sensitive skin with a ..relatively shaky history with face wash/cleansers. I’ve been washing my face solely with water for the past like 4 years, and I wanted something a little hydrating and refreshing but VERY gentle. I did some research and this somehow found me probably on Instagram (thanks, algorithm.)
You guys I’ve been using it once a day for a few weeks now. I am SO loving this. I will continue to buy it. I never thought I’d be lowkey looking forward to washing my face, but here we are. I love it! I also just started incorporating Heritage Store’s Rosewater Toner, which I quite like too, and will also be continuing to get. My face doesn’t get as red as it has, plus it’s all natural. I actually just bought their Rose Oil, which I’m stoked to get.

I love this product. It makes your skin feel very soft. I wish more came in the bottle though lol I couldn’t find the face wash in store anymore so that’s why I ordered it from here

I like this cleanser in that it’s a silky formula that feels nice on the skin. It smells nice, too. There are also no conflicting ingredients when pairing with products from the rest of my skin routine since it’s such a gentle cleanser, which is great.
My only issue is that (as others have mentioned) when using as directed, it doesn’t lather in the slightest for me. The directions say to use on dry skin, but when doing that, I have to use several pumps just to feel like I’m distributing evenly enough to actually cleanse. I have found it can sometimes help to add just a little water to my hands when massaging it into my skin.
I also don’t know if I got a slightly defective bottle or if this is normal but the pump sort of slingshots the product, so beware of that lol
