How to know? Try atomidine for 3 wks, then see how you feel? Now, you have something to compare your ‘normal’ state to. I guarantee, you will now see it, as a depressed state. I understand that alcoholics are in denial and it’s hard for them to admit to a problem. Boom! Can you now see the problem more clearly? Most are iodine deficient. Look up the rest, please. Like, yourself enough to at least give it a college try!!

I bought this in hopes of being a remedy for an infected tooth and gums. I put one drop in a few ounces of water and swished it around for a few minutes then spit it out. I’d do this twice a day for about a week. No more sensitivity! It worked for me. I have followed up with Ipsab tooth powder, brushing once a day with Ipsab. My gums feel stronger.

I think they changed something because the dosage is different now and I do not care for this dosage schedule. It’s too much of a complicated back and forth dosing now. I will not buy it again and I don’t even use it; the 1-2-3-2-1 drop followed by days off is too much trouble to remember.

For anyone who doesn’t take this, It is essential for good health. I have been taking it for over two years. I have only had one cold (from my grandkids who started school) It really works. But, at the same time you need to do the essential minerals also. Your hair and fingernails will grow like crazy. Both Good Stuff!!!
