Capsules are ok to swallow woth foor or non-alcohol drink. This is useful for healthy promotion, especially for men according to research. You can ask your ND(naturopathic doctor) or DO aboyt this.
I’m taking it fir me to support my vital organs dueto being exposed to environmental pollution and to be prepared in case of certain OTC or Rx meds temporary use. You can ask your doctor and do yoyr own research to make sure this one is right for you in any case to not conflict with effectiveness of a prescription or over-the-counter drug, or other herbal remedies.

I’ve been taking this supplement for a few weeks, and while I appreciate the blend of TUDCA and milk thistle, I haven’t noticed any significant changes yet. It’s easy to take, and I like that it’s vegan-friendly, but I’m still waiting to see if it has a more noticeable impact on my overall liver health. Could be a case of needing more time to see results.

I am not normally a fan of multi-ingredient supplements. I’d rather swallow more pills than have less control over what I’m taking.
However, this one is smartly formulated. I already take TUDCA and milk thistle, and pterostilbene seems to have the same goals as the other two ingredients.
I do wish they would list the amounts of each ingredient, though, rather than say “1000mg of our proprietary blend. How much of that is each ingredient is anyone’s guess!”
As long as they clean up that labeling, I think they have a solid supplement that would save me having to swallow a couple extra pills every day.

TUDCA is neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, and has many more health-promoting properties aside from liver and gastrointestinal health, but it is a synthetic substance. This supplement is made in the USA. It uses a milk thistle extract but says whole plant. Will take time to see if there is any noticeable benefits.

A larger capsule with little taste or odor. Dose is two capsules providing a thirty day supply. I had to look up what Tudca is and it is a bile salt common in bears so I was relieved as this is a vegetarian capsule. It comes well wrapped and secure, capsules are well packaged and none had leaked.
I love milk thistle and appreciate the simplicity of this product with the enhanced addition of two other supplements beneficial for liver health. My enzymes pull high so I try to take supplements to help my liver function more normally.
