I haven’t noticed extra energy or detox effects, but it works well as an internal deodorant. The taste is mint (but mild) which some may like alone, but I prefer to mix it with lemonade.

AMAZING STUFF!!! I have used several other brands and never really noticed a change. This one actually works. More alertness, energy, consistent bowel movements. I started using this because I was ALWAYS cold! No matter if it was 110 outside and I went into a store that was blowing AC I would still wear a jacket. For years I’ve hated drinking water and would drink coffee all day, I know it was bad. This product is great and I’ll drink 80 oz of water per day with this tiny bit of flavor. It gives me energy, might just be from better hydration, it doesn’t matter I love it and have recommended it to many people who also love the product and the hydration and energy increase. Side note not sure if it has to do with this product, I’m not as cold and can tolerate being in a colder environment.

I had this at my cousin’s, she bought it to help as an internal deodorant. She is very clean, but I know what she means about not wanting to use as much topical deodorants and such. We are both health conscious (she leads me and shows me new things all the time).
Anyway, I had some sips of her mix of this at her house and decided to buy it. I researched it myself before I did. I liked the ingredients list compared to others I saw, this had consistently good reviews, and it tasted nice when I tried it.
The glass bottle is nice and dark to protect the product and the mint taste is really smooth, it isn’t sharp, bright or strong the way a lot of mint can be (which is why I hesitated to try it at first as I don’t care for mint). It’s naturally flavored and it tastes like extra refreshing water rather than super minty.
It’s not at all like toothpaste, gum or Altoids. This is very smooth and fresh tasting. It would be great mixed in with herbal green iced tea!
I don’t have results yet as I just received and started using today but my cousin has seen awesome results. I’m hoping for the same!

Great product – make sme feel good, i like how it makes my water more appealing; my teeth did not really get green as others mentioned, but I have a bridge on a broken tooth and it gets stuck in the line and I stopped using it because of that…. It looks like i have something stuck in my tooth and it won’t come out no matter how much I brush. I’ve never been looking forward so much to my dental appointment! Ha 🙂 i guess i need to get a straw as others recommended!

I admit, I was skeptical. Our massage therapist recommended this to us and had been using this herself for the past month. I decided to order it to give it a try. While I haven’t noticed tremendous results I have noticed that my skin looks healthier and brighter, more color in my cheeks. I do feel better, but haven’t noticed an over-abundance of energy as some reviewers have. I do start out slow with any new product so maybe my conservative dosing is the reason I haven’t experienced the extra energy some have noted. It doesn’t bother my digestion or tummy, which is a big deal to me as I have a very sensitive digestive system. I am going to keep using this and will update my review later after I have increased my dosing.
