If you’re obsessed about ani-oxidants as I am, then you came to the right place 🙂
Quercetin does a great job of neutralizing free radicals in your cells to help with preventing cellular damage. Although it’s abundant in variety of fruits and vegetables, if you’re not getting enough naturally, this supplement will do the trick! Made in the USA is always welcomed when consuming supplements.
It came fully sealed in a light-resistant plastic bottle. The gummies have a nice lemony flavor and has a great texture (not to liquids and not too hard). Just watch out for the added sugar in each gummy if you’re diabetic or counting calories.

These gummies are pretty good quality in terms of texture — not too sticky, not too firm, and a good level of chewy (which is an impressive feat for vegan supplements). The packaging is neat and everything arrived in good condition. One concern I had was that, while opening the inner tin foil seal the bottle made a loud popping sound — I am not sure if that is intended as part of the vacuum sealing, or a result of temperature changes during transportation, but I’ve never had that happen before with foil on other supplements. They have a pleasant fruity taste (pineapple i think?) but are quite sweet. I have been taking these for a week now so don’t know if there can be ostensible results yet, but overall no issues with this product so far.

Great taste and texture, not so sure it actually tastes like apple but it’s a good taste and because of that I remember to take it. I’m a big fan of the gummies as vitamins fad, as on my own I tend to forget my vitamins (I’m a simple creature…. !) – anything that provides an extra incentive to consistently take them is a win from me.
Healthy dosage size of the quercatin – 800 mg – even if you just take one. Quercatin is a flavonal found in fruits and veggies, so great “natural” immunity boost that I feel comfortable with my kids using as extra health insurance during cold and flu season.
The bromelain dosage is smaller – 200 mg – this supplement tends to be offered in dosages of 500-1000 mg. I’m not completely sure why it’s in an immunity type product as I think of it as being useful for anti-inflammation and sinus issues, but I suppose most illness starts with inflammation – so maybe that’s why the combo?
