First of all I just want to clarify I do not sell herbalife or intend to persue you into buying this product, this is just my personal opinion. When i first bought this pills i was a bit skeptical but with summer being right around the corner i was willing to give it a try. I have to say i’m very happy! it gives me a boost of energy and is an appetite supressant, i bought the thermo-bond before buying the total control and to be honest with thermo bond i couldnt tell the difference between taking it or not i was still hungry and not at my ideal weight however, with total control i feel full at all times! even if i try really hard to crave my fav meal i still dont and it doesn’t make you go to the bathroom or anything like that like other diet pills do. i’ve only been taking it for a week and i love it i can’t wait to weight myself =)

I’m a healthy lifestyle enthusiast, if you would consider that a thing. Personally, I think Herbalife products ultimately do what they advertise, but not necessarily in the healthiest of ways. – Mind you, this stuff is full of caffeine so BEWARE if you have heart issues. – I am guilty of sleeping way too few hours, way too often. So, since I’ve used this product before for an energy boost, and it worked quite well, I figured I’d try it again. I despise the taste of coffee and energy drinks so this was my only option really for that quick boost.
For some reason, I don’t know if it’s the seller’s product being too old/not genuine or just a defective bottle, but after taking this for a few days I became so constipated! I drank PLENTY of water and ate a healthy diet, as I usually do. When I experienced the stomach pains and trouble going to the bathroom, I was so taken aback before I realized this was the only drastic change I could think of, so it had to be this product. Sure enough, I stopped taking it, everything went back to normal. Then, I tried taking it again after about a week of not using it and the same thing happened except my stool was a VERY dark bluish/green. Needless to say, I threw this bottle away. Everything returned back to normal within a couple of days.
Even though this product worked as advertised, and gave me the awesome amounts of energy I needed, the side effects this time around WERE NOT WORTH IT!

Ok so I am like the most non active ,sleep all the time ,no energy person .so I’m trying to lose weight and my dr has been pushing me to exercise to no avail .so I bought these and added some womens daily Multi vitamins to my daily routine and it’s literally like boom energy like crazy ,I have gotten so many projects and things done around the house and just overall feel great on these and with no shaky feeling or other side affects .

I’m usually too lazy to write reviews and I’ve only taken two pills total so far but..
I bought this purely for the energy benefits. I was tired of always being tired. Coffee dries out my skin so badly, energy drinks did nothing, and B12 doesn’t last very long. I wouldn’t say I felt a “jolt” of energy like coffee gives me, but it was a natural feeling and I definitely felt alert after taking one pill. It also completely diminished my hunger pains and cravings while I worked an 8 hour shift without a break (in a bakery.. so I tend to munch throughout the day). I didn’t buy this specifically for weight loss, but I can see how it would work!

This is NOT total control!!! 😡The label on the bottle was upside down….. pills were different than the real total control pills.. the smell was bad!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PILLS!! I threw them in the trash!! A waste of money!! I would’ve sent them back.. but I open them to see if they were the real deal!! THEY ARE NOT!!!!
