It wasn’t until I had taken 2 or 3 doses that I saw the lead caution. The taste was a bit hard for me to stomach as I dislike the taste of ginger but the lead warning was alarming. I do not recommend as a result of potential lead content or exposure and the health issues lead causes.

This is way better that trying ton dissolve loose turmeric into coffee etc. Easy capsules to boost your turmeric intake.

Despite the fact that the label states this is “100% Natural Made In The USA”, it also has a CA Prop 65 warning, “This product can expose you to chemicals including Lead…” From what I have researched, turmeric from Pakistan contains lead to enhance the color. So, I question the “Made In USA” claim, which may only refer to where the capsules are assembled. Lead is a heavy metal and can cause health problems, so I won’t be using these at all.

If you need Turmeric in your system for yourself, this is a pretty standard tablet that serves that SPECIFIC reason, there isn’t any weird smell or aftertaste, everything is as stated so it is what you would expect and no surprises. It is Non-GMO and Gluten-Free as well if that is a concern to you. They are made in the USA so that is always a plus to avoid any potential unexpected surprises. The amount you get in just one is quite high so keep that in mind when using it.
