I am taking the suggested serving of 3 capsules per day, I take them with a meal. The capsules aren’t too big making them easy to swallow. I do not detect a taste nor smell when taking these capsules. I have not experienced any digestive upset nor yucky burps nor aftertaste etc. I am pleased with this Turmeric supplement thus far and the current price of $15.99 is more than fair for a 60 day supply.

A family member asked for these so I picked them up for them. The instructions say to take three a day with food, which seems like a lot but that’s what we’re going with. They go down easily but we can definitely tell after that we’ve taken a mouth full of spices. It’s not awful, but it’s very noticeable and wouldn’t work if we were sensitive to it.

I’ve been using turmeric for many years. It started by adding ground turmeric to my morning coffee beverage. After doing that for several years, I and others, noticed some yellowing of my teeth. I still wanted my daily dose of turmeric, so decided to switch to capsules. When I was using ground, I also added black pepper to the mix, to aid in absorption of the curcumin in the turmeric. I’ve always appreciated the health aspects of ginger, and over the last couple of years find it makes me feel better whenever I have it. This capsule is a great way to get my turmeric curcumin, ginger, and black pepper, all at the same time. I really like this combination and plan on using it from now on.
