Alright. Had to write a review here. As this is my fourth repeat order of this product. I might as well set up an autoship of it, as I now order it monthly. Have not repeated an order on Amazon yet. I was looking around online and researching for an excellent essential fatty acid oil to replace one I’d taken several years ago and noticed amazing results on. With not much luck. After trying many, with zero change — I found Black Seed oil in my internet researchings. So many great reports on it. I had ordered another brand on Amazon, and rather liked it — but after first month they irritatingly jacked the price up on the product as some sellers here do. I kept looking. And found THIS. Ordered four months in a row to make sure I have it on hand. Here are my results — glowing skin, hair, nails. My hair and nails grow super-fast, super resilient. As a woman, and admittedly vain — I love this. And I don’t care if you’re a man or woman. You need these details for healthy glow. It gives me consistent CALM energy. Very balanced. No aches and pains any longer. It is simply an essential part of my daily routine. Actually twice a day now. I keep in fridge door, and take a couple schwigs ( I know, very scientific measurement ratios;). Be forewarned: not for wimps who complain on its too strong. It does have a strong flavor. Enough to make you wanna slap your granma as my momma used to say…lalalla. Cut the bullshat wimpishness, and get it in ya. It’s an excellent addition to your natural health regime. Rarely, if ever, put my seal of approval on any health products. This one gets it. Seller of this? You jack the price up as others on here have? I’ll find better. Keep it as is. Don’t futz with product or price too much. Consumers seeking Blackseed Oil. You just found it.

Well,I will update this review as to health benefits as time goes by. The product arrived in a padded mailer, with the bottle sealed in a clear plastic bag. The foil bottle seal was firmly attached to the bottle top, so I have a fair degree of confidence there had been no tampering. The oil itself has a fresh quality, with no obvious hints of rancidity. The flavor isn’t what you’d call fun. It has a distinctly medicinal character, almost like a cross between a petroleum derivative and Tea Tree Oil. And the flavor persists for some minutes. Tolerable, but not enjoyable. More later.

Highly recommend for any skin conditions. I started taking it for hair health, as I’ve lost so much hair over the last few years. I bought some for my mom, who had a rash that doctors had prescribed many creams and oral medication for with no success. I’m not even exaggerating…after ONE TIME of applying this topically, the rash was GONE. The only drawback is that she had to reapply daily for awhile but it helped better than prescribed meds. The taste is not too great, but if I take a bite of vanilla yogurt, then a spoonful of this, then another bite of yogurt, it helps a lot. It isn’t a “bad” taste, it’s just “peppery”. That is a small negative, in my opinion, considering the benefits.

I was excited to order this, a friend of mine who’s also a no nonsense kind of guy told me about it, how it has given him more pep in his step, overall better feeling since taking it.
After following up on what he’d said, tasted his, read about it online, I expected it to be a chore each morning to choke down.
Nope. Not going to happen. I’m not taking that every morning. Once a week. It’s not happening.
I’ll just die, if that’s the other option.
I ordered it back in early July took it that one morning, still tasted it that afternoon and had written it off as too much for my taste buds. Then tonight as I was cleaning out my search history I came up on my search for this in Google and started looking into it again.
I got the bottle back out and a spoon just to look at the color of it, something I’d not seen the need for earlier. I didn’t remember the other I’d tasted as being so harsh or long-lasting with the aftertaste.
Online, the color I saw vs what I saw when I poured this in the spoon was different, this is black.
What I read online said that can be due to not being cold pressed and will cause a bad or worse than usual taste.
Anyway did I get a bad bottle or is this normal.

I was a faithful buyer of the “Amazing Herbs” blackseed oil for more than 4 years and because they got more expensive and were super rare at one point, I decided to search for another supplier. That is how I found this “Herbal Secrets” brand. The price is great for the amount of blackseed oil you get. And the quality…. I couldn’t believe it. You can tell it is really pure. Wonderful texture, I like its fluidity. The color is darker than the Amazing Herbs” one, and the smell and taste are a bit stronger too and I like that very much. I use this oil on my body, I ingest it (its helps me with bowel movements and my hair grows like crazy)…It helps clearing my skin from acne and my husband uses it on every insect bites on his body. I buy and ship the blackseed soft-gel to my mom in Africa to use it the essiac tea (for cancer of the uterus). Well, I use tons of other oils too but the blackseed is one of my favorites and I am happy I found a new supplier that satisfies me too.
