It’s easy to take with the dropper, it tastes slightly sweet and invigorates you!

I use this as an early morning pick me up. Two to three droppers full in a a bit of OJ will get rid of that early morning fog right quick. I usually place a glass of this on my nightstand and chug it as soon as my alarm goes off. Makes that transition from sleep to reality much smoother and happier.

This is so legit. It doesn’t get better than herb pharm! The Asian variety is more stimulating & more of a mental boost, while the American is more calming. I really like the Asian kind from herb pharm! 5*!

PROS:
– I take this for ADHD, and it helps remarkably well. I also take prescription medication which helps to a more limited extent. I’ve tried both Ritalin and Adderall, but this — at least in combination with Adderall, as I haven’t had a good opportunity to try only one due to life circumstances — helps the best.
– No bloating.
— I have tried to find a suitable replacement via ConsumerLabs testing which is cheaper and unfortunately haven’t had any luck so far, possibly because they haven’t reviewed any tincture varieties of ginseng supplements. I have tried two brands of capsules (Spring Valley 100mg capsules & TruNature Triple Energy 300mg capsules (100mg Asian, 100mg American, 100mg eleuthero), but both have resulted in nearly intolerable and seemingly unmitigable (via both natural remedies and OTC pharmaceutical remedies) bloating forcing me to stop use of them.
– With regard to effects alone, I love this product.
CONS (*a big one if you ask me):
My only complaint (and a *very* important one at that) is that Herb Pharm does *not* specify the concentration of ginsenosides — thought to be the active ingredient of ginseng — *or even hint at it.* (This is extremely negligent and should be criminal — we are supposed to put this in our bodies! If only the government was allowed to regulate supplements.) The best they do to describe what is in a dose of this product is give the [dry herb / menstruum ratio] of 1:1.2 which is effectively meaningless. If I didn’t have huge benefits from this tincture, I would rate it 1 star (0 if I could) for this alone. However, so as to not deter others from trying this product and potentially receiving benefits such as myself, I have rated it 4 stars — which if they gave useful information as far as concentration, would shoot up to 5 by default.
OVERALL:

However, so as to not deter others from trying this product and therefore potentially receiving benefits such as myself, I have rated it 4 stars — which if they gave useful information as far as concentration of ginsenosides, would shoot up to 5 by default.

I was really surprised to be able to smell the ginseng in the bottle. Trying an extract for the first time, I thought I wouldn’t really benefit from this much. You can taste the ginseng also; I am pretty impressed. Thanks.
